Wireless communication system, slave wireless device and master wireless device
A wireless communication system allows the movement of a carriage or an automated conveyance vehicle to which a plurality of slave wireless device and a plurality of appliances are provided. A master control unit of a master wireless device uses a master communication unit to transmit a cut-off request signal to a slave wireless device deviating from a communication-target region. If a slave communication unit receives the cut-off request signal, a slave control unit of the slave wireless device cuts off a wireless connection.
Method and apparatus for controlling moving object using master identity device and slave identity device
A method of operating a moving object having at least one identity device includes: setting authority for the at least one identity device which includes a master identity device and at least one slave identity device; transmitting a link request message to one among the at least one slave identity device; receiving a link response message from the slave identity device; and transmitting a link permission message indicating link permission to the slave identity device. The moving object is configured to be controlled by at least one of the master identity device or the first slave identity device.
METHOD OF DETERMINING LOCATION FOR SWARM FLIGHT USING UWB
Proposed is a method of determining a location for swarm flight using UWB, the method including: computing a reference location from GPS information in a case where the location is measured; sending out a pulling signal, preset according to a two-way ranging format, according to slave ranging scheduling corresponding to each formation, and receiving a pushing signal from a neighboring flight vehicle and performing ranging; computing a relative location in the formation on a master-slave basis from a ranged pull-push relationship using TWR time information, and computing the relative location in the formation on a slave-slave basis using a received signal strength indicator and time of arrival; generating a fingerprint map in a manner that varies with each formation, using all the computed relative locations in the formation on the master-slave basis; and computing the location of the swarm flight vehicle using the generated fingerprint map.

WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A wireless communication system includes an aggregate node and sensor nodes wirelessly communicable with the aggregate node. The sensor nodes each transmit data to the aggregate node in a respective scheduled data transmission cycle whenever in a connected state which enables wireless communication therewith. The sensor nodes each cyclically transmits a connection request for wireless communication to the aggregate node whenever in a disconnected state. Then, the sensor nodes each set a request transmission cycle for transmission of the connection request. As to the request transmission cycle, in a situation of being put in a disconnected state unintentionally, the sensor nodes each shorten the request transmission cycle relative to a cycle used in a situation of being intentionally put in a disconnected state.
Vehicle-To-Vehicle Communication System
A system and method for communicating data comprises a group of radios intercommunicating data through a channel using a time division multiple access having a plurality of timeslots. The system further comprises a first radio of the group of radios selecting a data communication selection, said first radio communicating a request control signal to a leader radio of the group of radios. When a request control acknowledge signal is received from a leader radio at the first radio, suspending time division multiple access intercommunicating data within the group of radios using the plurality of timeslots and communicating data through the channel.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR OBTAINING LOCATION INFORMATION BY TRANSITIONING BETWEEN MODES OF OPERATION
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, determining anchor pairs from among a group of anchors and a first mobile device that is operating in an anchor mode, where the determining the anchor pairs is based at least in part on anchor locations, and where the anchor locations are known by the server for the group of anchors and for the first mobile device; generating a schedule for communications between the anchor pairs and one or more second mobile devices; and providing the schedule to the anchor pairs, wherein the communications between the anchor pairs and the one or more second mobile devices enables each of the one or more second mobile devices to determine its respective device position. Other embodiments are disclosed.
Frequency hopping in sensor networks
Systems and methods for facilitating compliance with FCC frequency hopping requirements are described. The described innovations may be used to facilitate frequency hopping in a sensor network having a network link with two endpoints, those endpoints comprising a master and a slave, wherein the slave comprises a server and the master comprises a sensor, and wherein the slave transmits one message in response to each master message on the link. All communication over the link may be initiated by the master terminal, requiring only one return message per transmission. A channel to be used for a following reception from the slave terminal is specified at the master, and the specified channel is transmitted from the master to the slave terminal. The slave terminal then uses the specified channel for its next transmission.
