MICROWAVE PACKAGING MATERIAL
A microwave packaging material for forming a construct for holding a food item. The microwave packaging material can comprise a film at least partially secured to a substrate by a pattern of adhesive. A plurality of closed cells can extend between the film and the substrate, each closed cell of the plurality of closed cells can be at least partially defined by the pattern of adhesive, and each of the closed cells can be configured to expand during heating to form respective expanded cells. The microwave packaging material further can comprise a bonded region extending along at least a portion of the microwave packaging material. The film can be secured to the substrate along the bonded region, and the bonded region can be for forming at least one recess among the expanded cells and can be for extending along the food item when the microwave packaging material is heated.
Cooking appliance and fastening system
A cooking appliance includes a cooking chamber with cooking chamber wall, a microwave heat source configured to heat food, and a support device configured to hold a food-supporting member. The cooking chamber wall includes an opening and a lead-through device, and the lead-through device includes a through-hole configured to receive a fastening element of the support device. A tubular guide portion is formed at the through-hole of the lead-through device, and the tubular guide portion includes a safety portion configured to shield against microwave radiation and such that no part of the fastening element is located within the safety portion when the fastening element is in an installed condition in the lead-through device.
FASTENING DEVICE, ASSEMBLY ARRANGEMENT AND DOMESTIC APPLIANCE
A fastening device for fastening a masking plate to an assembly strip of a household appliance includes a base body, an eccentric body receivable in a receiving section of the base body, and a hinge section designed to connect the eccentric body with the base body and to enable the eccentric body to be folded from an initial state, in which the eccentric body is arranged outside of the receiving section, into an end state, in which the eccentric body is received in the receiving section.
MICROWAVE DISH WITH HEAT PEDESTAL
An apparatus for microwave heating is disclosed, comprising a heating appliance capable of providing thermal heat to material within the appliance. A pedestal within a middle portion of the heating appliance is capable of providing further thermal heat to the material, which may comprise food or liquid, or other microwavable material.
Disposable microwave oven liner
A liner (10) for lining a microwave oven (M) to prevent food from adhering to the top (T), sides (R, L), and floor (F) of the microwave during the cooking of food. The liner has a top panel (12), and three side panels (18, 20, 22) which are initially folded in place with the top panel of the liner first being installed and then the other panels in a prescribed sequence. A two-sided tape (14) is used for adhering the panels to corresponding sides of the microwave. The liner further includes a panel (28) similarly installed on the floor of the microwave, this piece having a central opening which exposes the turntable installed in the floor of the microwave. A separate circularly shaped panel (30) attaches to the top of the turntable.
Methods and apparatus for microwave leakage reduction for semiconductor process chambers
Methods and apparatus for reducing leakage of microwaves at a slit valve of a process chamber. A multi-frequency resonant choke around the slit valve prevents microwave energy from a band of frequencies from escaping from the slit valve. The multi-frequency resonant choke may have a sloping bottom surface or a serrated bottom surface to enable multiple frequencies to resonant in the choke, canceling a range of microwave frequencies at gaps formed by a slit valve gate.
Microwavable Cooking Sheet, System and Method
A cooking device, system and method are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the method requires a microwavable cooking sheet to be provided, wherein the microwavable cooking sheet is comprised of a single layer of a primary material that is non-plastic and wherein the primary material has a weight of between 18 pounds per 3000 square feet and 60 pounds per 3000 square feet. The microwavable cooking sheet may be wetted and then wrapped completely around food to be cooked in a microwave. The food is cooked in the microwave with the wet microwavable cooking sheet wrapped around the food, such that a pressure increase of at least 3/16.sup.th of an inch of H.sub.2O is built-up within the microwavable cooking sheet.
Tray for microwave oven
A tray for a microwave oven and a microwave oven having the same is disclosed. Heat generators are formed on the surface of a tray unit of the tray for a microwave oven through transfer coating carried out at a high temperature, and thus the tray for a microwave oven may be heated to a high temperature, thereby being capable of effectively forming a grill mark on food to be cooked.
BAKING SYSTEM
Packaged product (20) comprising a food product (24) to be cooked in a cooking device (10), the packaged product (20) comprising identification means (21) providing information to and readable by the cooking device (10) related to a plurality of steps to be applied for cooking the food product (24) according to a predetermined profile, such that, in particular the duration, the selection of the heating mode and the power level of each of the heating mode, optionally and additionally a cooling mode, are set for each one of these steps according to the type of product to be cooked. The heating mode for each step is selected amongst one or a combination of microwave heating, infrared heating, hot air convection or hot air impingement, the cooling mode being applied by one or a combination of sub-pressure cooling or air ventilation.
MICROWAVE COOKWARE
The present description provides a cooking instrument that may be used in a microwave oven. In some embodiments, the cooking instrument includes a body member having a cooking surface and a microwave absorptive layer thermally connected to the cooking surface.
