MICROWAVE OVEN
A microwave oven comprising a cooking cavity and an electrical chamber, and a magnetron, a frequency converter assembly and a cooling fan are arranged in the electrical chamber; the frequency converter assembly comprises a mounting support mounted on a bottom plate of the microwave oven, a mounting base obliquely mounted on the mounting support, a frequency converter circuit board mounted on the mounting base and obliquely arranged relative to the bottom plate of the microwave oven and an air guide cover covering over the frequency converter circuit board for guiding cool air blown by the cooling fan to the frequency converter circuit board. The microwave oven can not only solve the problem that the mounting space for frequency converter circuit boards is not sufficient, but also effectively control the temperature rise of the frequency converter circuit boards.
Combination microwave and hood system
A combined ventilation and microwave oven system includes an external enclosure with a top portion defining recirculation vent outlets, a cooling air outlet, and an outside vent outlet, side portions, and a bottom portion defining vent inlets. The vent inlets are in fluid communication with the recirculation vent outlets in a recirculation mode and the outside vent outlet in an outside vent mode. A cooling fan is disposed between the cooking cavity and the first side portion and is configured to direct air through the cooling air inlet and the cooling air outlet. A hood assembly is disposed within the external enclosure and includes at least one first hood fan disposed between the cooking cavity and the first side portion, and a second hood fan disposed between the cooking cavity and the second side portion to direct air through the vent inlets and through an interior of the external enclosure.
Packaged food product microwave system and method
A microwave appliance provides safe heating of packaged food products at an efficiency greater than 90%. A temperature sensor positioned about a product holder is configured to sense a temperature of the package. A product identification scanner identifies a type of food product, a type of packaging, and/or a size of packaging being inserted into the microwave appliance. The product identification may be used to obtain a dielectric constant and/or electrical conductivity of the product. An electric field detector verifies that a suitable product has been inserted into the microwave appliance and is used to estimate a volume of the packaged food product. Accordingly, even partially full packaged food products may be safely re-heated to a desired temperature. As opposed to a time-based operation with traditional microwave appliances, operation of the microwave appliance may be adjusted based on the product identification scanner, temperature sensor, and electric field detector.
Remotely controlled power assembly
A remotely controlled power assembly includes a power box that is mountable to an appliance. A female outlet is attachable to the power box thereby facilitating the female outlet to be electrically coupled to a power cord for the appliance. A master power cord is attachable to the power box and the master power cord is electrically coupled to an appliance power source. A switching relay is in electrical communication with each of the female electrical outlet and the master power cord. The switching relay is actuatable into an engaged condition to turn on the appliance and a disengaged condition to turn off the appliance. A receiver is in electrical communication with the switching relay. A remote control is in remote communication with the receiver for remotely turning the appliance on and off.
Combination microwave and hood system
A microwave includes an external enclosure having a top surface that defines a cooling air inlet and a cooling air outlet along a front edge thereof. An internal enclosure defines a cooking cavity within the external enclosure. A sidewall of the internal enclosure defines a first air passage, and a top wall of the internal enclosure defines a second air passage. A cooking component area is defined between the internal enclosure and the external enclosure adjacent the sidewall of the internal enclosure. A cooling fan is disposed within the cooking component area. The cooling fan is configured to direct air along a cooling air path from the cooling air inlet, through the cooking component area, through the cooking cavity, and to the cooling air outlet.
APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR AN OVEN SUPPORT STRUCTURE AND AIR FILTRATION ASSEMBLY
An air circulation system includes an inlet filter support structure, a first side filter and a second side filter. The air circulation system is for an oven that has a cooking chamber configured to receive a food product and a radio frequency (RF) heating system configured to provide RF energy into the cooking chamber using solid state electronic components. The air circulation system is configured to provide air for cooling the solid state electronic components. The inlet filter support structure enables cooling air for cooling the solid state electronic components to be drawn therein prior to circulation by a cooling fan. The first side filter is supported by the inlet filter support structure. The first side filter is disposed below one of the sidewalls and disposed at an angle relative to the one of the sidewalls. The second side filter is supported by the inlet filter support structure. The second side filter is disposed below an opposing one of the sidewalls and disposed at the angle relative to the opposing one of the sidewalls.
Air filter mounting and demounting apparatus for over-the-range microwave oven
An air filter mounting/demounting apparatus for a microwave oven having easy mounting and demounting of the air filter is provided. The apparatus includes a base plate having an inlet port through which air is admitted to serve as a hood, an air filter installed at a position corresponding to the inlet port and configured to filter foreign substances being admitted through the inlet port, an air filter bracket coupled to the base plate, an air filter holder at which the air filter is assembled coupled to the air filter bracket to enable a sliding movement along the guide rail, a latch unit configured to be coupled to the base plate to maintain and release engagement of the air filter holder aged, and a spring installed at an inside the latch unit to deliver an elastic force to the air filter holder.
Microwave suppression tunnel and related features
A continuous asphalt mix system for using a microwave heating vessel at the point of production that includes a microwave energy suppression tunnel with one or more mesh flaps for substantially reducing or preventing the leakage of microwave energy from a microwave system, while having a continuous flow of product through the vessel and suppression tunnels. The suppression tunnels are installed on the inlet and/or the outlet side of the system and are sized to suppress leakage.

HEAT COOKING DEVICE
In a heat cooking device equipped with a memory card attaching mechanism for inserting a memory card, the memory card attaching mechanism is configured to have, on a lower face of a main body of the heat cooking device, a card insertion port for inserting the memory card vertically upward. The card insertion port is configured to be hidden by a front grille panel attached to a machine chamber lying under the main body so as not to be exposed from the heat cooking device. Therefore, the reliable commercial heat cooking device that does not require a special waterproof measure can be provided.
