COOKING ENGAGEMENT SYSTEM EQUIPPED WITH A RECIPE APPLICATION FOR COMBINING THIRD PARTY RECIPE CONTENT
A cooking engagement system and methods for providing recipe content to a user are provided. The system includes a cooking appliance and an interactive assembly positioned above the cooking appliance. The interactive assembly includes a display device that presents various content to a user, e.g., recipe content. In one example aspect, a user submits a recipe request. The recipe request is routed to one or more third party recipe content providers. A controller of the interactive assembly obtains recipe content from the recipe content providers and causes a display device of the interactive assembly to present the recipe content to the user.
Heating cooker, method for controlling heating cooker, and heating cooking system
A heating cooker includes shooting section (201) for shooting an image inside a heating chamber that accommodates a heat-target object, and controller (200) that sets a shooting condition for shooting the image of an interior of the heating chamber and carries out an image recognition to the image. Controller (200) analyzes the image of the interior of the heating chamber, thereby recognizing a state inside the heating chamber, and then changes the shooting condition in response to the state inside the heating chamber for shooting the image. The structure discussed above allows this heating cooker (100a), which carries out the image recognition to the image of the interior of the heating chamber, to achieve a greater accuracy in the image recognition.
Cooking apparatus for targeted thermal management
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a method including detecting, by a controller coupled to an array of elements, an object having a plurality of portions, and analyzing a selected portion to determine its volume and density, to determine parameters of radio frequency thermal excitation for the selected portion. The method also includes selecting radiation emitters from the array elements according to the parameters; each of the array elements is separately selectable and controllable. The method also includes controlling the radiation emitters according to the parameters to perform the thermal excitation of the selected portion. The controlling includes causing interference of waves emitted from separate radiation emitters. The method also includes forming a three-dimensional thermal image of the selected portion, analyzing the thermal image, adjusting the parameters according to the analyzing, and detecting movement into a space irradiated by the radiation emitters. Other embodiments are disclosed.
Cooking device with interactive display
A cooking device is provided herein. The cooking device includes a touch-sensitive display configured to register user-input via one or more touch events to enable a user to make selections related to the operation of the cooking device. The user-input is provided to a controller, and in response, the controller controls the operation of the cooking device based on the user-input.
BROWNING CONTROL FOR AN OVEN
An oven may include a cooking chamber, a user interface, a first energy source, a second energy source and a cooking controller. The cooking chamber may be configured to receive a food product. The user interface may be configured to display information associated with processes employed for cooking the food product. The first energy source may provide primary heating of the food product placed in the cooking chamber. The second energy source may provide browning for the food product. The cooking controller may be operably coupled to the first and second energy sources. The cooking controller may include processing circuitry configured to enable an operator to make a browning control selection via the user interface by providing operator instructions to a selected control console rendered at the user interface. The selected control console may be selected based on a cooking mode of the oven. The browning control selection may provide control parameters to direct application of heat to the food product via the second energy source.
MULTI-FEED MICROWAVE OVEN WITH IMPROVED CRISP FUNCTION
A microwave oven is provided herein and includes a cavity. A first microwave supply system is configured to supply microwaves to a bottom of the cavity for energizing a crisp function. A second microwave supply system is configured to supply microwaves to the cavity for exciting cavity modes. A heating system is configured to provide a broiling function to the cavity. A control unit is configured to control the first microwave supply system, the second microwave supply system, and the heating system based on a mode of operation selected via a user interface.
Heating cooker
Provided are a heating unit, an imaging unit that captures an image of an interior of a heating chamber, a setting unit that sets heating control details, and a storage that registers the captured image and the set heating control details in association with each other. Further provided area plural-article determination unit that determines whether a plurality of types of foods are present, a similarity determination unit that determines a degree of similarity of a plurality of images, a control detail identification unit that identifies heating control details corresponding to a food included in a captured image in accordance with a determination result obtained by the similarity determination unit, and a controller. The controller presents heating control details indicating each food on a display unit in accordance with a number of the foods. This configuration can provide a heating cooker capable of facilitating heating control setting.
COOKING DEVICE
Provided is a cooking device capable of being provided with a radio communication device so that the radio communication device establishes a satisfactory communication, instead of (i) further providing any special configuration in which the radio communication device is provided and (ii) making any change in structure of the cooking device. According to a cooking device (1), a space for providing a radio communication adapter is secured in a frame (3b) of a door (3) or in a circuit storing section (50), made of a nonmetal, which is configured to store a driving circuit of a display operation section (5).
Microwave oven
The improved microwave oven comprises modifications to a microwave oven for reducing the noise generated by the microwave oven. The modifications made to the improved microwave oven include: 1) adding a volume control to the control system of the microwave oven to reduce volume of the sounds generated by the microwave oven; 2) adding a pneumatic latch to the microwave oven to reduce the noise generated by the opening and closing of the microwave door; and, 3) providing remote control capability to the microwave oven such that the operation of the microwave oven can be handled remotely from a more noise tolerant environment. The improved microwave oven comprises the microwave oven, a personal data device, and a remote control. The personal data device operates the microwave oven from a remote location. The remote control controls the volume of the sounds generated by the microwave oven from a remote location.
