Cooking apparatus light
A seal arrangement for an illumination device of a cooking apparatus, the seal arrangement comprising: a support element including a receiving borehole that penetrates the support element from top to bottom so that a light conductor rod is insertable into the receiving borehole in an insertion direction; a dead hole having a dead hole diameter that is greater than a receiving bore hole diameter of the receiving borehole and arranged concentric with the receiving borehole in the support element wherein a dead hole opening of the dead hole coincides with an inlet opening of the receiving borehole that is arranged upstream in the insertion direction; a first support surface that is formed by a base of the dead hole and that envelopes the receiving borehole in an annular shape where the receiving borehole penetrates the base of the dead hole.
Optical waveguide device for a cooking appliance
An optical waveguide device for guiding light emitted from a light source into an interior space of a household appliance includes an optical waveguide designed to emit light, introduced into the optical waveguide at a first end of the optical waveguide, to a second end of the optical waveguide. The optical waveguide has a cylindrical outer surface between the first end of the optical waveguide and the second end of the optical waveguide. A carrier is can be coupled directly or indirectly to the household appliance and includes an optical waveguide receptacle designed to receive the optical waveguide and to fix the optical waveguide axially and radially, said carrier connected to the optical waveguide by way of the outer surface, with the optical waveguide receptacle contacting the outer surface of the optical waveguide over a periphery of the optical waveguide.
A MICROWAVE OVEN WITH A LIGHT SOURCE
A microwave oven includes a chamber (6) for receiving foodstuff. A microwave generator (20) feeds microwave radiation to the chamber (6) via a recess (14). A stirring wheel (24) is arranged in recess (14) for homogeneously distributing the microwave field in the chamber (6). A light source (28) is provided for illuminating the chamber (6). Its light passes through a light guide (30) extending through the recess (14) past stirrer wheel (24), thereby preventing the stirrer wheel (24) from affecting the illumination.
