A light-emitting device includes a light-emitting element and an insoluble film covering the light-emitting element. The insoluble film includes one layer each of an inorganic insoluble layer and an organic insoluble layer. The organic insoluble layer contains a polymer material that includes, in the molecular chain, an inorganic atom, and a nitrogen atom and/or an oxygen atom.

The device includes a plurality of sets of metal plates and leads electrically connected to the plurality of light emitting elements, and a wavelength conversion member covering the light emitting elements and a portion of each of the metal plates. The board, the light emitting elements, the sets of metal plates and leads, and the wavelength conversion member are disposed in the bulb. The upper surface of each of the light emitting elements faces the side surface of the bulb.

The device includes a plurality of sets of metal plates and leads electrically connected to the plurality of light emitting elements, and a wavelength conversion member covering the light emitting elements and a portion of each of the metal plates. The board, the light emitting elements, the sets of metal plates and leads, and the wavelength conversion member are disposed in the bulb. The upper surface of each of the light emitting elements faces the side surface of the bulb.

A flexible display panel and a display apparatus including the flexible display panel are disclosed. The flexible display panel includes an encapsulated panel, a first protective film on one side of the encapsulated panel, and a second protective film on another side of the encapsulated panel. The encapsulated panel includes a flexible panel and a flexible encapsulation member on the flexible panel. The flexible panel includes a first region on a first plane and that includes a display region, and a second region on a second plane that is bent with respect to the first plane and that includes a non-display region. The flexible encapsulation member encapsulates the display region. The display apparatus also includes a support unit for maintaining a shape of the flexible panel.

Disclosed is a light-emitting element including a first electrode, a first light-emitting layer, an ionic-liquid layer, a second light-emitting layer, and a second electrode. The first light-emitting layer is located over the first electrode and includes a first emissive polymer and an ionic liquid. The ionic-liquid layer is located over the first light-emitting layer and includes an ionic liquid. The second light-emitting layer is located over the ionic-liquid layer and includes a second emissive polymer and an ionic liquid. The second electrode is located over the second light-emitting layer. The light-emitting element may further include a first substrate under the first electrode, a second substrate over the second electrode, and a sealing layer located between the first substrate and the second substrate and surrounding the first electrode.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes a thin film transistor layer including a first interlayer insulation film, a first wiring layer, a second interlayer insulation film, a second wiring layer, a third interlayer insulation film, a third wiring layer, a first planarization film, a fourth wiring layer, and a second planarization film; and a first damming wall in a frame area separated from the first and second planarization film in a display area by a first slit. There is provided a fourth interlayer insulation film between the third and fourth wiring layer. The fourth interlayer insulation film covers an edge of either one or both of a first frame line and a second frame line as the third wiring layer in a region where the first frame line is located opposite the second frame line in a plan view, the edge facing the display area and being exposed in the first slit.
