Display device
A display device includes a display circuit layer including a first surface and a second surface and including a display area in which an image is displayed on the first surface, a heat conductive sheet overlapping the display circuit layer below the second surface, and an optical fingerprint sensor inside the display area below the heat conductive sheet and overlapping the display circuit layer. The heat conductive sheet includes a first area overlapping the optical fingerprint sensor and a second area overlapping the display area around the optical fingerprint sensor. The heat conductive sheet includes a heat conductive material, has a shape having a light transmittance required for sensing by the optical fingerprint sensor in the first area, and has no light transmittance in the second area.

A display device includes: a resin substrate; a TFT layer; a bending portion; at least one inorganic film forming the TFT layer; an interlayer insulating film forming the TFT layer; and a plurality of wires forming the TFT layer, wherein the at least one inorganic film and the interlayer insulating film include an opening disposed at the bending portion, the at least one inorganic film includes a plurality of island-shaped inorganic films remaining in the opening, each of the plurality of wires overlaps a corresponding island-shaped inorganic film among the plurality of island-shaped inorganic films, and the display device includes a metal layer in a form of islands disposed between each of the plurality of wires and the corresponding island-shaped inorganic film overlapping each of the plurality of wires, the metal layer being in contact with each of the plurality of wires.
Display device having circular, oval, polygonal frame with opening in bending portion
In an organic electroluminescence (EL) display device, a display region and a first frame region are defined in a substantially circular shape or a substantially oval shape, and in a bending portion, an opening is formed in an inorganic layered film, and a frame flattening film is provided to fill the opening. An end portion of the opening on the display region side is formed along an arc of the first frame region on the bending portion side.

A display device includes: a substrate; a flattened layer; at least one first light-emitting element; at least one second light-emitting element; at least one first drive circuit; and at least one second drive circuit, wherein light emitted by the first light-emitting element is taken out through the substrate, light emitted by the second light-emitting element is taken out from a direction opposite to a direction in which the light emitted by the first light-emitting element is taken out, the first light-emitting element is provided in an opening provided in the flattened laver, the second light-emitting element is provided in a layer above the flattened layer and overlaps the flattened layer, and the first drive circuit and the second drive circuit are provided closer to the substrate than the second light-emitting element.

ORGANIC EL DISPLAY DEVICE, PRODUCTION METHOD FOR CURED PRODUCT, AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR ORGANIC EL DISPLAY DEVICE
An object of the present invention is to provide an organic EL display device which does not undergo the decrease in luminance or pixel shrinkage and has excellent long-term reliability. The present invention is an organic EL display device constituting a cured product of a photosensitive resin composition containing an alkali-soluble resin (A) and a naphthoquinone diazide sulfonic acid ester compound (B), wherein an intensity ratio I.sub.(S)/I.sub.(TOTAL) is 0.0001 or more and 0.008 or less, where I.sub.(S) is a negative secondary ion intensity of sulfur, and I.sub.(TOTAL) is a sum total of negative secondary ion intensities of carbon, oxygen, fluorine, silicon and sulfur obtained by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry of the cured product. Alternatively, the present invention is a method for producing the cured product.
ORGANIC EL DISPLAY DEVICE AND PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION
An organic EL display device including a substrate, and a planarization layer, a first electrode, a pixel division layer, a light emitting pixel and a second electrode formed on the substrate, wherein the planarization layer and/or the pixel division layer contain(s) zirconium nitride particles, and a crystallite size of the zirconium nitride particles determined from a half width of a peak derived from a (111) plane in an X-ray diffraction spectrum using a CuKα ray as an X-ray source is 5 nm or more 20 nm or less. Provided are an organic EL display device with excellent visibility and fewer display defects, and a cured film which is excellent in storage stability of a photosensitive resin composition capable of being applied on an insulating layer of the organic EL display device, and which has high sensitivity and high visible light-shielding property and is also free from residue in the opening.

A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a substrate, a plurality of pixels on the substrate, a first inorganic insulating layer that covers the plurality of pixels, a conductive layer on the first inorganic insulating layer, and a second inorganic insulating layer that on the conductive layer, the conductive layer being between the first inorganic insulating layer and the second inorganic insulating layer, wherein the first inorganic insulating layer includes an area that is in direct contact with the second inorganic insulating layer, and all of the conductive layer is covered with the first inorganic insulating layer and the second inorganic insulating layer.
