LIGHT EMITTING ELEMENT DRIVING DEVICE, LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE, AND VEHICLE
A light emitting element driving device includes a first and second driving circuits, an abnormality detecting portion, a bypass path, and a switching portion. The first driving circuit can supply power to a light emitting element in a first mode, and is disabled to supply power in a mode other than the first mode. The second driving circuit can supply power to a light emitting element in a second mode. The abnormality detecting portion detects an abnormality of the light emitting element normally connected to the second driving circuit at least in the second mode. The bypass path connects the first driving circuit to the second driving circuit. The switching portion, is disposed in the bypass path so as to make the bypass path into a conductive state when an abnormality is detected, and to make the bypass path into a cutoff state when an abnormality is not detected.
LED BULB
An LED bulb includes an LED photoelectric module having at least two branches of LED beads with different color temperatures connected in parallel, a control switch connected with one of the branches of LED beads, and an adjustment ring. A total voltage of one branch of LED beads is less than that of each of the other branches of LED beads. The control switch has a ball, the adjustment ring has a magnet, and when the adjustment ring rotates, the magnet draws the ball to roll to switch on or off the control switch. When the control switch is on, the branch of LED beads connected with the control switch is lighted up, and when the control switch is off, the branch of LED beads connected with the control switch is not lighted up.
Backlight and display device
The present disclosure provides a blacklight and a display device. The blacklight of the present disclosure includes a backlight driving circuit, which includes a plurality of first signal lines and a plurality of second signal lines, a plurality of light string regions are defined by arranging the plurality of first signal lines and the plurality of second signal lines to cross each other, and a part of the plurality of light string regions are configured to be provided with light emitting diode (LED) light strings; the first terminals of LED light strings in a same row are coupled to a same first signal line, and the second terminals of LED light strings in a same column are coupled to a same second signal line.
CIRCUIT FOR PROVIDING POWER TO TWO OR MORE STRINGS OF LEDS
This disclosure includes systems, methods, and techniques for controlling delivery of power to one or more strings of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). For example, a circuit includes a power converter configured to generate an electrical current, a switching device, and a sensor. The sensor is configured to compare a magnitude of the electrical current to a threshold, and in response to the magnitude exceeding the threshold, cause the switching device to turn on in order to sink a portion of the electrical current to prevent the magnitude of the electrical current from exceeding the threshold. When the switching device is turned on, the electrical current is divided into an undesired electrical current that flows across the switching device and a desired electrical current that flows to the string of LEDs.

SERIES CONNECTED PARALLEL ARRAY OF LEDS
Disclosed is a plurality of LED packages that are connected in a parallel array. A plurality of parallel arrays can also be connected in series to form a light string. The LED packages present a standardized impedance in which the resistive values of a series resistor and a parallel resistor are selected to moderate the flow of current when the LEDs become either shorted or open circuited.

Panel light apparatus with movable concealing plate
The back plate has four lateral walls and a bottom plate. A back side of the bottom plate includes multiple sets of folding hooks. Each set corresponds a different installation platform. One of the multiple sets of folding hooks is folded to be used for hooking to a corresponding installation platform. The light source module has multiple LED modules disposed on the bottom plate. Each LED module has a LED device and a lens. The lens diffuses a light of the LED device to be evenly emitted from the lens and broadening an output angle of the light via the lens. The diffusion plate with a peripheral edge is fixed to the four lateral walls of the back plate. The driver cover is attached to an external side of one of the four walls of the back plate. The driver cover defines a container cavity for concealing the driver module.

Emergency backup ready downlight
A method of adding a backup power source to a luminaire that includes exposing driver circuitry through a back surface of a housing for a luminaire having a downlight geometry. The housing contains a light engine that is positioned to emit light through a light emission end of the housing. The driver electronics controls power received by the luminaire for powering the light engine. The method may continue with connecting a battery junction box having an electrical pathway opening in reversible engagement to the back surface of the housing by snap fit engagement. The method may further include connecting a backup battery unit to the luminaire by wiring extending from the battery backup unit through the electrical pathway opening in the junction box to the driver electronics for the luminaire.
