The mosquitocidal light bulb provided can replace an existing ordinary light bulb and uses existing wire arrangements. Therefore, it is not necessary to change the existing wire arrangements and switch controls to provide both mosquito killing function and lighting function.

The duration may be selected while the pulse is delivered to the target. The duration may be selected from a range of durations for which the stimulus signal may be applied. The range of durations may comprise a range of increasing pulse durations associated with a range of increasing charges provided by the stimulus signal in accordance with combinations of respective measured currents of a range of measured currents and respective pulse durations of the increasing pulse durations. A charge delivered by a measured current and a selected duration may increase as the measured current decreases.

A fence tester for testing the voltage in an electric fence comprises a handle member and a blade member pivotally coupled to the handle member between an open state extending from the handle member and a closed state partly recessed into the handle member. The handle member defines a hollow interior region, and comprises a printed circuit board having an electronic monitoring circuit therein. An antenna coupled to the electronic monitoring circuit is configured to conduct an electrical current induced therein by an electric field generated by a pulsating voltage in the electric fence when the fence tester is located adjacent the electric fence. A latching element located in the handle member operated by a manually operated operating element in the handle member latches the blade member in the open state and the closed state.

The present invention discloses an arrest glove management system and a monitoring method. The system includes a control end, a mobile terminal and an arrest glove; a monitoring APP capable of invoking a map is installed on the mobile terminal; the map is embedded into the control end; the arrest glove includes a glove body and pulse output electrodes; a power supply, a microprocessor, a pulse output circuit, a satellite positioning module and a wireless transmission module are disposed in the glove body; the microprocessor includes a pulse oscillation circuit and a booster circuit; the pulse output circuit includes a first output end and a second output end; a current output by the power supply sequentially passes through the pulse oscillation circuit and the booster circuit to convert into a set magnitude of pulse current; the pulse output electrodes are connected with the booster circuit via the pulse output circuit; and when the arrest glove is out of a scope of a predetermined use area, the power supply is controlled to disable an arrest function of the arrest glove. According to the arrest glove management system and the monitoring method provided by the present invention, the use process of the arrest glove can be monitored, the abuse of a police force is prevented, and the criminal suspect can be effectively controlled.
