Combined Scatter and Transmission Multi-View Imaging System
The present specification discloses a multi-view X-ray inspection system having, in one of several embodiments, a three-view configuration with three X-ray sources. Each X-ray source rotates and is configured to emit a rotating X-ray pencil beam and at least two detector arrays, where each detector array has multiple non-pixellated detectors such that at least a portion of the non-pixellated detectors are oriented toward both the two X-ray sources.
Radiography apparatus, radiography apparatus operation method, and radiography apparatus operation program
An acquisition unit of a console acquires a first radiographic image and a second radiographic image. The first radiographic image and the second radiographic image are radiographic images which are output from a radiation detector by directing a radiation source to emit first radiation and second radiation in order to perform a moving image capture mode that continuously acquires a radiographic image required for the display of a moving image according to a preset frame interval. A receiving unit receives a request signal to request the generation of an energy subtraction image referred to for diagnosis. A generation unit generates the energy subtraction image in a case in which the receiving unit receives the request signal.
X-RAY APPARATUS
The present disclosure relates to an X-ray apparatus capable of stable driving, miniaturization, and weight reduction. The X-ray apparatus may include a case having an installation space formed therein; a high voltage separator installed inside the case, responsible for dividing the installation space into a first installation portion and a second installation portion, and having a high voltage generation space formed therein; an X-ray tube installed in the first installation portion; a high voltage generator installed in the high voltage generation space and responsible for receiving power from the outside, boosting the power, and supplying the boosted power to the X-ray tube; and a controller installed in the second installation portion and responsible for controlling driving of the X-ray tube and the high voltage separator.
X-ray generator
To achieve high quality x-ray imaging, it is important to be able to control the production of x-rays in an x-ray generator. This is achieved by an x-ray generator comprising an array of electron field emitters for producing paths of electrons, target material comprising x-ray photon producing material configured to emit x-ray photons in response to the incidence of produced electrons upon it, an array of magnetic-field generators for affecting the paths of the produced electrons from the array of electron field emitters such that one or more paths are divertable away from the x-ray photon producing material so as to reduce the production of x-ray photons by the said one or more paths of electrons, the generator further comprising a sensing circuit arranged to measure the amount of electrical charge emitted by one or more electron emitter, and a controller for controlling the array of magnetic-field generators in response to the amount of electrical charge measured.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IMPROVED X-RAY TUBE LIFE
An x-ray tube having at least one focusing cup and an anode. The x-ray tube may have a first filament positioned in a first location between the focusing cup and the anode, the first filament having a first size, and a second filament positioned in a second location between the focusing cup and anode, the second filament having a second size that is substantially the same as the first size. The x-ray tube may also include a switching mechanism configured to engage the second filament upon failure of the first filament.
Multiplexed Drive Systems and Methods for a Multi-Emitter X-Ray Source
An improved X-ray source is disclosed. The improved X-ray source has an enclosure, electron guns, a first set of address lines extending through the enclosure, a second set of address lines extending through the enclosure, and nodes defined by the intersection of the first and second set of address lines. Each of the electron guns is coupled to one of the nodes such that a state of each electron gun is uniquely controlled by modulating a state of one of the first set of address lines and one of the second set of address lines.
