Short interconnect assembly with strip elastomer

An electrical contact assembly that uses an elastomer strip for each row of individual contacts. Each contact comprises a rigid bottom pin and a flexible top pin with a pair of arms which extend over and slide along sloped surfaces of the bottom contact. The elastomer strip is located between rows of the bottom and top pins. A bottom socket housing is provided with grooves which receive each elastomer strip. A row of top pins is then placed over each elastomer strip, and through ducts in the bottom socket housing. Bottom pins are then snapped into place in between the pair of arms.

A circuit-including film comprising: a resin film (1); and a conductive fine wire circuit (A) and a conductive circuit (B) independent of the conductive fine wire circuit (A), which are arranged on one surface of the resin film (1), wherein the resin film (1) contains at least one resin selected from the group consisting of a polyvinyl acetal resin, an ionomer resin and an ethylene-(vinyl acetate) copolymer resin.

A printed circuit structure includes a printed conductive pattern and a printed conductive adhesive pattern. The printed conductive pattern includes a first wire and a second wire. One of a first main contact portion of the first wire and a first main contact portion of a first adhesive of the printed conductive adhesive pattern extends in a first direction, while another thereof extends in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. With different lengths in the first direction, manufacturing errors between the first wire and the first adhesive in the first direction can be contained without affecting the connection in between. Similarly, a second main contact portion of the second wire and a second main contact portion of a second adhesive of the printed conductive adhesive pattern can also adopt the same design in the first direction to ensure the electric connection.

A wiring circuit board assembly sheet includes a support sheet having two end edges parallel with each other and a plurality of wiring circuit boards disposed at spaced intervals to each other in the support sheet. The wiring circuit board includes a metal-based portion having a generally rectangular frame shape. The metal-based portion includes a first piece along a first direction perpendicular to a thickness direction of the support sheet, and a second piece along a second direction perpendicular to the thickness direction and the first direction. Both the first piece and the second piece are inclined with respect to the end edge of the support sheet.
