A ceramic copper circuit board according to an embodiment includes a ceramic substrate and a first copper part. The first copper part is bonded at a first surface of the ceramic substrate via a first brazing material part. The thickness of the first copper part is 0.6 mm or more. The side surface of the first copper part includes a first sloped portion. The width of the first sloped portion is not more than 0.5 times the thickness of the first copper part. The first brazing material part includes a first jutting portion jutting from the end portion of the first sloped portion. The length of the first jutting portion is not less than 0 μm and not more than 200 μm. The contact angle between the first jutting portion and the first sloped portion is 65° or less.

A method for manufacturing a metal clad laminated plate includes hot pressing a laminated body by a double belt press method. The laminated body includes an insulating film containing the liquid crystal polymer and the metal foil lying on the insulating film. In hot pressing the laminated body, a highest heating temperature is higher than or equal to a temperature lower than a melting point of the insulating film by 5° C. and lower than or equal to a temperature higher than the melting point by 20° C. The highest heating temperature is maintained for longer than or equal to 20 seconds and shorter than or equal to 120 seconds.

The present invention is directed to provide novel composite copper components. For example, provided is a composite copper component including a copper oxide-containing layer formed on at least a portion of the surface of a copper component, in which when the surface of the composite copper component is bonded to a resin substrate by thermocompression, and the copper component is peeled off from the resin substrate after the thermocompression bonding, metal contained in the copper oxide-containing layer is transferred to the resin substrate.

A multilayered polyimide film includes a first polyimide layer containing fluorine-containing polymer particles and having a first surface and a second surface, and a second polyimide layer and a third polyimide layer respectively disposed on the first surface and the second surface. The second and the third polyimide layers contain organic silicon oxygen compound particles. The multilayered polyimide film has a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) between about 13 and about 30 ppm/° C.

The present invention relates to a fluorine-containing resin composition, and a resin vanish, a fluorine-containing dielectric sheet, a laminate, a copper clad laminate and a printed circuit board containing the same. The fluorine-containing resin composition comprises 30 wt. %-70 wt. % of a fluorine-containing polymer, 30 wt. %-70 wt. % of an inorganic filler which includes the following particle size distribution: D10 is greater than 1.5 μm; and D50 is 10-15 μm. In the present invention, the selection of an inorganic filler with a specific particle size distribution can ensure that the boards prepared by the fluorine-containing resin composition have excellent dielectric properties and voltage resistance performance, even if the inorganic filler is added in a large amount.

Disclosed are a halogen-free resin composition, and a prepreg and a laminate prepared by using the same. The halogen-free resin composition comprises the following components according to organic solid matters by weight parts: (A) 40-80 parts by weight of allyl modified benzoxazine resin; (B) 10-20 parts by weight of hydrocarbon resin; (C) 10-40 parts by weight of allyl modified polyphenylene oxide resin; (D) 0.01-3 parts by weight of initiating agent; (E) 10-100 parts by weight of filler; and (F) 0-80 parts by weight of phosphoric flame retardant. The prepreg and the laminate prepared by using the halogen-free resin composition have lower dielectric constant and lower dielectric loss tangent value, higher peeling strength, higher glass transition temperature, excellent heat resistance and good flame retardant effect.
