AN ARTICLE OF WEAR
An article of wear (1) comprises leggings (4), leg portions (8) of which terminate in foot engageable elements (10), and shoe elements (5) are releasably engageable with the foot engageable elements (10). An inner sole (22) of each shoe element (5) is located within each foot engageable element (10) and is secured to an outer sole (13) of the corresponding shoe element (5) by T-shaped elements (29) which extend from the outer sole (13) and engage L-shaped elements (30) in first recesses (39) in the inner sole (22) with sole portion (25) of the corresponding foot engageable element (10) tightly clamped between the outer and inner soles (13,22). First pads (53) of hooks (54) on the outer soles (13) are engageable with second pads (55) of eyes (56) in second recesses (58) of the inner soles (22) adjacent toe portions (50) thereof for retaining the toe portions (50) of the outer and inner soles (13,22) tightly together.
Footwear and insole system
A footwear insole system for use with an article of footwear including a base insole component and an upper insole component. The base insole includes a chassis and first and a second shock absorbing inserts. The upper insole includes a spacer panel, first and a second gel insert members, and a fabric sheet layer. The insole system may be permanently secured to an article of footwear or the insole system may be replaceable or interchangeable for installation and removal to and from an article of footwear by a user.
SOLE STRUCTURE FOR ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR WITH SENSORY FEEDBACK SYSTEM
A sole structure includes an insole with a sensory feedback system. The insole includes a first insole layer and a second insole layer coupled to the second insole layer, and the sensory feedback system includes multiple protrusions extending from the second insole layer and through the second insole layer. The protrusions are made from a material that is harder than the material forming the first insole layer. In other words, the hardness of the material forming the protrusions is greater than the hardness of the material forming the first insole layer. The protrusions are placed along a predetermined feedback region of the insole based on the user's needs. As such, the protrusions can provide the user a tactile sensory feedback to the user during golf swing.
Shoe sole, and shoe including shoe sole
Provided is a shoe sole, wherein ventilation grooves recessed in the thickness direction of the shoe sole are formed in the upper surface part, the shoe sole has a forefoot portion that has an air intake port formed in at least one of a medial side wall and a lateral side wall in the side wall part to be in communication with the ventilation grooves and draw air from outside into the ventilation grooves, the shoe sole has a midfoot portion that has an air outlet port formed in at least one of the medial side wall and the lateral side wall to be in communication with the air intake port through the ventilation grooves and discharge air in the ventilation groove to the outside, and at least a part of the ventilation grooves constitutes an air intake groove extending obliquely rearward from the air intake port.
FOOT GESTURE-BASED CONTROL DEVICE
A hands-free, heads up and discrete system and method for controlling a peripheral device using foot gestures is provided. The system includes a foot-based sensory device that includes one or more sensors, such as pressure sensors, gyroscopes, and accelerometers, that receive sensory information from a user's foot, interpret the information as being linked to specific commands, and transmit the commands to at least one display device for controlling the display device. The system also includes a feedback system for providing tactile, visual and/or auditory feedback to the user based on the actions performed, information provided by the display device and/or information provided from another user.

SHOE, IN PARTICULAR SPORTS SHOE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The disclosure relates to a shoe having a shoe upper and a sole part connected to the shoe upper, wherein the sole part includes a sole body having a bottom region and a side wall region, wherein the bottom region and the wall region form a receiving chamber which is open at the top, wherein the receiving chamber is filled with a bulk material, wherein the bulk material consists at least partially, of a thermoplastic elastomer and wherein the filled receiving chamber is sealed by a closure body. Further, the closure body is a knitted fabric that forms a lattice structure, wherein the lattice structure has a mesh width (w.sub.1, w.sub.2) of at least 0.5 mm. The disclosure further relates to a method for producing such a shoe.
Selectively Textured Footbed
Selectively textured footbeds for athletic footwear are described. A footbed includes a rearfoot portion and a plurality of discrete raised areas extending from the rearfoot portion. The discrete raised areas are constructed and arranged to engage a rearfoot region of a plantar surface of a foot. The footbeds provide a sensory input to the plantar surface to allow a user to determine whether and/or how to adjust his or her gait.
Basketball insole
An insole which provides cushioning and support to a user's foot subjected to a high magnitude of ground reaction forces (GRF) encountered in playing court sports, such as basketball, is herein disclosed. The insole comprises a base having a bottom side which defines recesses adapted to receive pads having particular properties. The location and materials of the various pads and pods work together to provide ground reaction force modulation to the user's foot which is highly desirable for users engaged in basketball and similar activities.
Soles for sports shoes
Improved soles and insoles for shoes, in particular sports shoes, are described. In an aspect, a sole for a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, with at least a first and a second surface region is provided. The first surface region comprises expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (“TPU”). The second surface region is free from expanded TPU.
