The main PCB includes a plurality of pads and a slit, and he connector includes: a plurality of connecting pins for making contact with the plurality of pads; and a slit insertion protrusion inserted into the slit.
Integrated connector receptacle device
An electronic device is provided. In some embodiments, the electronic device includes an electronic device housing having a sidewall and a connector receptacle integral to the electronic device housing. An electrical connector is fixedly positioned at least partially within the connector receptacle. The electrical connector includes an electrical connector end at least partially within the connector receptacle and a connector body at least partially outside the connector receptacle.
SECURING A PCB IN A PLASTIC AND METAL HOUSING
Described herein is a system and method for securing a printed circuit board without the use of screws in a housing assembly comprising a bottom housing made of plastic and a top housing made of metal. The top housing comprises a plurality of ribs. The bottom housing comprises a plurality of flexible snap arms each having a head portion, which includes an angled lower face, a horizontal crush rib, and a vertical crush rib. Upon coupling of the assembly, the ribs exert a horizontal force on the flexible snap arms resulting in climbing of the angled lower face further onto the printed circuit board. The horizontal force may also crush the horizontal crush ribs allowing for increased flexibility between the components to adjust for interference, preventing potential damage to the printed circuit board. Vertical forces may also crush the vertical crush ribs allowing for increased flexibility between the components.
HOUSING ELEMENT FOR AN ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT
A housing element for an electronic circuit includes a housing element body made from an insulating material with a through opening passing from a first side of the housing element body to a second side of the housing element body. An electrical contact passes through the opening. The electrical contact has a first contact element and a second contact element, wherein the first contact element is connected to the second contact element. The first contact element has a first direction of extent and the second contact element has a second direction of extent, wherein the first direction of extent and the second direction of extent have an angle of at least 45 degrees and no more than 135 degrees relative to each other.
CIRCUIT BOARD MODULE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A circuit board module for being assembled to a case is provided. The circuit board module includes an electronic connector and a circuit board. The electronic connector is fixed to the circuit board. The circuit board has at least one first slot. The at least one first slot is configured for a fixing element to pass through and for the circuit board to be assembled to a case. The size of the at least one first slot allows the fixing element to move in a direction parallel to a surface of the circuit board in the at least one first slot. An electronic device having the circuit board module is also provided.
Resin molded body
A resin molded body includes a connector unit having a side wall and an inner wall, both of which define a fitting chamber to which a mating connector is fitted and having a terminal penetrating through the inner wall and extending in a fitting direction, a substrate accommodating unit accommodating a circuit substrate to which the terminal is connected, and a device accommodating unit accommodating a device connected to the circuit substrate. The resin molded body is an integral molded product made of resin. A connecting portion has a plate shape extending outwards from the inner wall of the connector unit, and a second thickness thinner than a first thickness of the inner wall. The connecting portion is linked to the device accommodating unit.
Adapter housing with socket for waterproof mounting a power supply to an appliance
An adapter housing for waterproof mounting a power supply circuit to an exterior wall of an appliance. The wall has an opening for a plug to connect the socket. The adapter includes a front wall having a connecting area and a mounting area; and a sealing element connected to the front wall. The sealing element surrounds the connecting area and the mounting area. The front wall opens at the connecting area into a recess defining a socket for receiving a plug. The front wall enables a sealed mounting to an exterior wall of the appliance. A side wall, together with the front wall, defines a compartment for receiving a power supply circuit. The sealing element surrounds the connecting area and the mounting area on the front wall such that it seals the compartment from an opening of the exterior wall.
TOUCH-CONTROLLING DEVICE, FUNCTIONAL EXPANSION MEMBER THEREOF, AND USB SOCKET CONNECTOR
