The invention discloses a movable locking ear and an electrical device. The electrical device comprises a frame and a movable locking ear. The frame comprises a first recess, a second recess opposite to the first recess, and a side wall between the first recess and the second recess. The movable locking ear comprises a first fastening member for fastening the first recess, a second fastening member opposite to the second fastening member for fastening the second recess, and a resisting member between the first fastening member and the second fastening member. A position of a bending end of the resisting member is near or far from the side wall depending on a distance between the first fastening member and the second fastening member.

An electronic module is provided for a power tool having an electric motor. The module includes a module housing having a radial portion and a cylindrical portion extending from the radial portion away from the electric motor and defining an open end, a printed circuit board (PCB) received within the module housing through the open end thereof, power switches mounted on the PCB, and magnetic sensors mounted on the PCB facing the motor substantially equidistantly from a center of the PCB. The module housing includes openings disposed in the radial portion angularly around a center of the module housing to receive the magnetic sensors therein to allow the magnetic sensors to magnetically interface with the electric motor.

The system comprises a set of ECUs arranged on corresponding circuit boards that are arranged in corresponding casing members. Each casing member comprises a frame structure extending circumferentially in a plane substantially parallel to its corresponding layer. Each circuit board extends in a plane substantially parallel to its corresponding layer and is arranged inside the frame structure of the corresponding casing member. First and second end plates are arranged at opposite end portions of the layered structure. The first end plate is adapted to be connected to the chassis of the vehicle, and at least one connection member extends along the layered structure between opposite end portions thereof. The at least one connection member is configured to be connected to the first and second end plates to hold the layered structure together.

The method includes: providing a printed circuit board assembly comprising a printed circuit board (PCB) and a plurality of elements assembled on the printed circuit board; providing a support constructed to carry the printed circuit board assembly and define a space for accommodating the printed circuit board assembly; placing the printed circuit board assembly in the space of the support to enable the support to carry and position the printed circuit board assembly, and placing the support and the printed circuit board assembly carried thereby in a mould; and filling the mould with a polymer material using a moulding process so as to form a packaging structure encapsulating at least the printed circuit board assembly and fixing the printed circuit board assembly relative to the support.
