HEAT-DISSIPATING ARRANGEMENTS FOR MEDICAL DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
Disclosed is a device for medical imaging, such as intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) imaging. The device includes a printed circuit board and an enclosure configured to disperse heat generated by the printed circuit board. The enclosure comprises a first heat spreader coupled to and in thermal contact with the printed circuit board, a second heat spreader in thermal contact with the first heat spreader at an interface such that the heat is distributed between the first heat spreader and the second heat spreader across the interface, a first cover portion coupled to and in thermal contact with the first heat spreader; and a second cover portion coupled to and in thermal contact with the second heat spreader, wherein the first cover portion is coupled to the second cover portion to form the enclosure.
Adaptable tracking tag
A tracking tag system includes a tag case, a first tag case back plate and a second tag case back plate. The tag case has a mating surface and is configured to house a PCB having a transmitter and circuitry for controlling the transmitter. The first tag case back plate is configured to mate with the tag case to enclose and totally protect the PCB, the transmitter, the circuitry and a battery of a first type against ingress of water during immersion and against dust ingress. The second tag case back plate configured to enclose and totally protect the PCB, the transmitter, the circuitry and a battery of a second type against ingress of water during immersion and against dust ingress.
WATERPROOF CONTAINER
A waterproof container is provided, the waterproof container including a base portion, the base portion having a base; an outer wall extending from the base; and an inner wall disposed inwardly from the outer wall, thereby forming a channel between the inner wall and the outer wall; and a lid portion, the lid portion having: a slot within the lid portion; and a seal configured to fit within the slot, the seal including a groove therein, wherein the groove of the seal is configured to accept an end of the inner wall therein when the lid portion is affixed to the base portion.
POWER CONVERSION DEVICE
Provided is a power conversion device, including: a casing that has a front surface with an opening; an insertion component including an insertion portion; and a gasket. The casing has an inner wall surface being in contact with the gasket and a casing-side guide surface. The insertion portion has an outer peripheral surface being in contact with the gasket and an insertion component-side guide surface. When a distance in the insertion direction between the front surface and an end of the casing-side guide surface, which is closer to the front surface in the insertion direction, is represented by L1 and a distance between an inner surface of the gasket in the insertion direction and a distal end of the insertion component-side guide surface in the insertion direction is represented by L2, the distance L2 is set larger than the distance L1.
ELECTRIC DEVICE
The electric device has a first seal part, including, between a first case and a second case, a groove portion prepared at one side and a projection portion prepared at another side, where those portions are joined by sealing material; a second seal part, including, between the opening part of the first case and a peripheral part of the connector, a groove portion prepared at one side and a projection portion prepared at another side, where those portions are joined by the sealing material; and a third seal part, including, among the first case, the second case, and the peripheral part of the connector, a groove portion prepared at one side and a projection portion prepared at another side, as a combination, or a projection portion prepared at one side and a groove portion prepared at another side, as a combination, where those portions are joined by the sealing material.
METAL ENCLOSURE FOR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
A metal enclosure for electrical components may include a rear panel and four side panels coupled with adhesive to form a bonded case having a cavity with a front opening. Channels of the four side panels may be joined to form a case channel circumscribing the opening. The case channel may be recessed towards a center of the opening so as to not extend radially beyond an envelope formed by planes of main panes of the four side panels of the one of the two adjoined panels or the one of the two separate panels. A door may be hingedly connected to one of the four side panels and may have one or more latches installed thereon. When the door is closed, a gasket engages a main panel of the door and a front surface of the case channel to seal the metal enclosure.
WEATHERPROOF POP-UP ELECTRICAL DEVICE ENCLOSURES
An electrical device enclosure is provided that includes an electrical device; a telescoping support member having the electrical device supported thereon; an electrical device region, the telescoping support member being configured to move the electrical device into a stored position in a first space defined in the electrical device region and to move the electrical device into a deployed position outside of the first space; and a hood pivotally connected to the electrical device for movement between a hooded position and an unhooded position. The hood and electrical device region have cooperating surfaces, the cooperating surfaces being configured and positioned so that movement of the electrical device to the stored position moves the hood into sealed contact with the electrical device to define a weather-tight space around the electrical device.
Latching system for an enclosure
Latching system that latches an enclosure having a compressible sealant about its perimeter, the latching system providing for an open configuration, a staged configuration, and a mated configuration, the compressible sealant engaging a pair of projections having a channel therebetween to form a seal having an air gap above the sealant.
HOUSINGS OF COMPUTING DEVICES
In some examples, a computing device can include a housing including a corner, the corner comprising a first surface and a second surface, and an inner frame including a chamfered corner to interface with the corner of the housing to form a cavity between the first surface, the second surface, and the chamfered corner, a first gasket to interface with the first surface of the housing, and a second gasket to interface with the second surface of the housing, where the cavity includes a structural adhesive and the first gasket and the second gasket fluidically seal the cavity.
Sealing for an intermittent and partial rotating and translating shaft
A gas insulated switchgear includes: a gas-tight housing; at least one shaft extending through an opening in the gas-tight housing, which shaft is partially rotatable and/or translatable; a sealing means arranged in the opening for sealing the shaft relative to the gas-tight housing, the sealing means including a sealing bellows having a first mounting rim on one axial end, a second mounting rim on an other axial end, and a bellow body in between the first and second mounting rims; and a mounting ring mounted coaxially to the shaft. The sealing bellows is arranged around the shaft, with the first mounting rim to the housing and with the second mounting rim to the mounting ring.
