The disclosure provides a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display screen, which includes a box body, a power box, a display module and a sealing assembly. The sealing assembly includes: a sealing frame, which is disposed at the first wiring hole and provided with a second wiring hole for avoiding the connecting wire, and a floating gap is formed between the sealing frame and the power box; a first elastic seal ring, which is disposed on the sealing frame and surrounds the second wiring hole, and the display module is connected with the sealing frame and is in butt fit with the first elastic seal ring; and a second elastic seal ring, an outer side of the second elastic seal ring is connected with the power box, an inner side of the second elastic seal ring is connected with the sealing frame and surrounds the second wiring hole.
ELECTRONIC UNIT
An object is to provide a technique capable of increasing waterproofness of an electronic unit. An electronic unit includes: a case including an opening; a circuit board housed in the case through the opening; and a cover attached to the opening, wherein a protruding portion is provided on at least one side wall of the case, and the protruding portion includes a step that causes an opening side portion of the side wall to protrude further outward relative to a rear side portion of the side wall, and is provided so as to extend along the periphery of the opening.
Dual cup enclosure for electronic devices
An enclosure for an electronic device includes a housing having a wall that defines a cavity that is configured to receive an electronic assembly therein. The wall includes tongue formed at a distal end. A cover includes a top wall and a side surface extending from the top wall to form a chamber. The housing is at least partially received within the chamber and the tongue of the housing is welded to a groove positioned within the chamber. Flash from the weld is contained within the enclosure so that no weld flash is visible on the exterior surface of the enclosure.
DUAL CUP ENCLOSURE FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICES
An enclosure for an electronic device includes a housing having a wall that defines a cavity that is configured to receive an electronic assembly therein. The wall includes tongue formed at a distal end. A cover includes a top wall and a side surface extending from the top wall to form a chamber. The housing is at least partially received within the chamber and the tongue of the housing is welded to a groove positioned within the chamber. Flash from the weld is contained within the enclosure so that no weld flash is visible on the exterior surface of the enclosure.
Electrical connection box and wire harness
An electrical connection box includes a box main body having an opening portion in an upper end portion at a time of installation, and an upper cover that blocks the opening portion at the time of installation. The box main body has an insertion wall portion continuously formed along an outer circumference of the box main body in the upper end portion at the outer circumference of the box main body. The upper cover has a groove portion continuously formed along an outer circumference of the upper cover in a lower end portion at the outer circumference of the upper cover. Here, the insertion wall portion is inserted into the groove portion from lower side when the opening portion of the box main body is blocked. At least one rib protruding downward from a bottom portion of the groove portion is formed in the groove portion.

The invention presents a power electronic arrangement comprising a power electronic switching device, a printed circuit board for carrying control signals for driving the power electronic switching device, a housing which covers the printed circuit board, a communication device which is arranged on the printed circuit board and is accessible through a recess in the housing, and comprising a sealing device, wherein the sealing device has a sealing section which rests in a sealing manner on a first sealing face of the communication device, and wherein the sealing device has a first and second sealing lip which are each arranged circumferentially around and at a distance from the communication device, wherein the two sealing lips are connected to one another by a web and both rest on a second sealing face of the printed circuit board, and wherein the housing has a wall-like pressure device which presses on the web and in this way the first sealing lip bears against that side of the pressure device which faces the communication device, and the second sealing lip bears against that side of the pressure device which is averted from the communication device.
ETCHING FOR BONDING POLYMER MATERIAL TO ANODIZED METAL
This application relates to a multi-piece enclosure for a portable electronic device. The enclosure includes a metal part including a metal substrate and a metal oxide layer overlaying the metal substrate, the metal oxide layer having an external surface that includes openings that lead into undercut regions. The openings are characterized as having a first width, and the undercut regions are characterized as having a second width that is greater than the first width. The enclosure further includes a non-metallic bulk layer including protruding portions that extend into the undercut regions such that the non-metallic bulk layer is interlocked with the metal part.
ETCHING FOR BONDING POLYMER MATERIAL TO A METAL SURFACE
This application relates to a composite part that can include a non-metal layer having attachment features, and a metal part that is joined with the non-metal layer. The metal part can include a plurality of interlocking structures that are disposed at an external surface of the metal part, where each of the interlocking structures can include an opening characterized as having a first width, and an undercut region, where the opening leads into the undercut region, and the undercut region is characterized as having a second width that is greater than the first width such that the undercut region captures and retains one of the attachment features of the non-metal layer.

Electronic component unit (20) is received in inside of housing (1) prepared by joining base (2) and cover (3). Sealing groove (24) for sealing material (24a) is formed on joining surface (21) of base (2). Protruding rib (35) fittable into seal groove (24) is formed on joining surface (33) of cover (3). Furthermore, spring hook portion (4) is provided to be positioned outside of the joining surfaces (21, 33) on an outer peripheral side of housing (1). Spring hook portion (4) is structured to include flexible portion (41) that extends to span between outer peripheral surfaces of base (2) and cover (3) and that is formed into a beam supported at only one end thereof on the outer peripheral surface of cover (3), and engaging portion (40) that is formed on a tip end side of flexible portion (41) and is engaged with the outer peripheral surface of base (2).
