In this vehicle electronic control device, a control board having an electronic component mounted thereon is housed inside a case and a connector portion for connecting the control board to the outside is formed integrally with the case. The connector portion is formed by a housing portion covering the control board, and a terminal portion integrally embedded in the housing portion. The terminal portion has: a terminal for external connection, protruding from the housing portion; and an intermediate path portion extending from the terminal and connected to the control board. An exposure portion which allows the intermediate path portion to be exposed over the entire periphery thereof is formed in a part of the housing portion. An interface sealing member for sealing the interface between the housing portion and the intermediate path portion is provided in the exposure portion.

A controller integrated fuel pump module may include a receiving part formed on an outer surface of a flange assembled in a fuel tank, a PCB assembly configured by mounting elements of a controller to a PCB, wherein the PCB assembly is molded by a molding part while being received in the receiving part, and a convexo-concave portion having a shape in which recesses and bosses, the convexo-concave portion being repeatedly formed on an inner surface of the receiving part, such that a bonding force between the receiving part and the molding part is increased by the convexo-concave portion.
APPLYING PRESSURE TO ADHESIVE USING CTE MISMATCH BETWEEN COMPONENTS
Assembly apparatuses and processes are provided which include a pressure cure fixture. The pressure cure fixture is sized to reside within a container, such as an electronic enclosure, and facilitate applying pressure to an adhesive disposed over an inner surface of the container. The pressure cure fixture is formed of a material with a higher coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) than the container, and is sized to correspond, at least in part, to an inner space of the container while allowing for the adhesive and a surface-mount element to be disposed between the pressure cure fixture and the inner surface of the container. When heated, the pressure cure fixture expands greater than the container and imparts the pressure to the surface-mount element and the adhesive to facilitate securing the surface-mount element to the inner surface of the container.
Electrical insulator casing
Systems, processes, and manufactures are provided that employ a casing associated with an electrical component to provide some, most, substantially all or all electrical insulative protection necessary for the electrical component. This casing may be further employed with potting or other materials to supplement and add additional or different protections for the component. These additional protections can include additional insulative resistance, thermal protection, moisture protection and other buffers to and from the environment.

Wireless process communication adapter with improved encapsulation
A wireless process communication adapter for field devices is provided. The adapter includes a metal housing having a first end and a second end. A chamber is defined between the first and second ends. A radio-frequency transparent radome is coupled to the first end. The second end has a field device coupling configured to attach to a field device. At least one circuit board is disposed within the chamber. The circuit board supports at least wireless process communication circuitry. A plurality of wires is coupled to the at least one circuit board and extends through the field device coupling. A silicone potting fills substantially all volume within the chamber not occupied by the at least one circuit board and wireless process communication circuitry.

The present disclosure relates to a waterproof case for an electrical apparatus, to a power supply unit, and to a corresponding method of assembling an electrical apparatus. The waterproof case comprises a case body which defines an inner space for accommodating an electrically functional component and which comprises at least one first opening, at least one first plug which is mounted in said first opening to form a first part of a wall of the inner space, wherein the first plug comprises at least one first terminal conduit forming a feedthrough for a first terminal. The first plug is arranged in said first opening to form with said case body a first external space, and said first external space is filled with an electrically insulating material for sealing said waterproof case.

The present invention relates to a warning device for a mining control module for facilitating a replacement. Accordingly,, a warning device for a mining control module is suggested, which comprises a housing that is configured to be coupled with an opening provided at an outer surface of the control module, wherein the housing defines an inner cavity, and an alarm module which is arranged in said cavity and is configured to be releasably coupled to an inner control unit of the control module via said opening for receiving a control signal. The housing comprises a first portion that extends along a longitudinal axis and is configured to extend at least in part through the opening and a radially extending second portion that is configured to extend over the outer surface of the control module so as to cover the opening, when the device is coupled to the control module. The device furthermore comprises a fixation means, which is arranged on the second portion and is configured to releasably engage the outer surface of the control module so as to secure the device to the control module.
Electrical assembly for a motor vehicle
An electrical assembly for a motor vehicle includes a housing and two groups of electronic components that are installed in the housing and are encased using a thermosetting potting compound. Furthermore, the assembly includes two groups of connecting contacts. One of the connecting contacts is allocated respectively to one of the two groups of the electronic components. The connecting contacts are guided through the housing so as to electrically contact the respective electronic component. At least one of the groups of connecting contacts is surrounded on the inner side of the housing by a sealing collar that protrudes from the housing. The sealing collar is embedded during the process of assembling the assembly entirely or in part in the potting compound prior to the curing of the thermosetting potting compound.
