Data center having a differential pressure relief mechanism between cold and hot aisles
A data center, an air handling system, and a method for installing equipment in a data center enable internal differential pressure relief within the data center. A volumetric container has mounting location(s) for heat generating information technology (IT) component(s) positioned within the volumetric container. A cold aisle on one side and a hot aisle on another side of the IT component(s) that have air passages for air cooling. A cooling unit is coupled to the volumetric container to pressurize the cold aisle with supply air and draws return air from the hot aisle. An air barrier is attached across an air passage between the cold and the hot aisles. A differential pressure relief mechanism is attached to the air barrier. The differential pressure relief mechanism is configured to open in responses to an air pressure difference across the differential pressure relief mechanism exceeding a pressure threshold.
Electrical Connector Group Provided With Integrated Vent Valve and Related Making and Assembling Method, in Particular in the Automotive Field
An electrical connector group comprising a connector body shaped to allow electrical connection with external components. The connector body delimits an inner volume. A plurality of electrical contacts are housed in the inner volume and connected to the connector body and to at least one internal electrical/electronic circuit or component. At least one closing lid of the connector body covers and hermetically seals the inner volume. At least one vent valve is fluidically connected to the inner volume, so as to allow only the exit of fluids from the inner volume to the outside. The vent valve comprises a valve head, integral with the connector body and coupled with a seat of the closing lid using a shape coupling, in order to perform a fixing and a centering of the closing lid with respect to the connector body.
WATERPROOF ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A waterproof electronic device including a body, a one-way valve, and a cover is provided. The body has a first hole, which penetrates the body and communicates with an external environment, and a chamber. The one-way valve disposed on an inner surface of the body communicates with the first hole. The one-way valve has a main runner, multiple shunt runners, and multiple stopper blocks. Each stopper block is located between the main runner and a corresponding shunt runner. The cover disposed on the one-way valve has a second hole communicated with the one-way valve and the chamber. When a fluid enters the one-way valve from the second hole, the fluid is discharged from the body through the first hole. When the fluid enters the one-way valve from the first hole, the fluid generates a resistance in the one-way valve.
EXPLOSION-PROOF HOUSING
An explosion-proof housing for a power electronics unit includes a housing pan and a cover that closes the housing pan via a seal, wherein the cover and the housing pan are pressed against each other at two opposing sides formed by edge regions of the cover and the housing pan via a plurality of fasteners that are configured to be released by rotation and that engage in latching structures. The plurality of fasteners are arranged in a central third of the respective sides. The explosion-proof housing can be used, for example, for a photovoltaic inverter.
VENTILATION STRUCTURE
A ventilation structure (1a) includes a housing (10a) and a ventilation component (20a). The housing (10a) has a first surface (12) defining a lateral surface of a columnar space (11c) in an attachment hole (11). The ventilation component (20a) is attached to the housing (10a) to close the attachment hole (11). The ventilation component (20a) has a ventilation path (21) between an inner space (15u) of the housing (10a) and an outer space (15s) of the housing (10a). The ventilation component (20a) includes a supporting portion (23), a gas-permeable membrane (22), a protruding portion (24), and a sealing member (25). The supporting portion (23) surrounds the ventilation path (21) in plan view. The protruding portion (24) protrudes from the supporting portion (23) toward the inner space (15u) of the housing (10a), and is inserted into the attachment hole (11). The sealing member (25) is disposed on an outer periphery of the protruding portion (24), and seals a gap between the first surface (12) and the protruding portion (24).
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT DEVICE
This electrical equipment device includes a housing storing an electronic component in an internal space thereof, and includes a vent hole through which an outside and an inside of the housing communicate with each other. The vent hole is formed inside a wall of the housing. One end side of the vent hole has a first opening communicating with the outside of the housing on a gravity-direction lower side. Another end side of the vent hole has a second opening communicating with the inside of the housing on a gravity-direction upper side. At the second opening, a waterproof vent film is provided to close the second opening.
Pressure sensor with external vertical electrical interconnection system
A pressure sensor assembly, which includes a support substrate, circuitry mounted to the support substrate, at least one conductor mounted to the support substrate and in electrical communication with the circuitry, and at least one vertically conductive path connected to and in electrical communication with the at least one conductor. The pressure sensor assembly also includes a diaphragm, at least one sealing glass section connected to the diaphragm and the support substrate, and at least one lateral conductive feed-through mounted to the diaphragm.
