Housing arrangement of a power electronics device
A housing arrangement of a power electronics device includes one power module or several identical power modules, each module with at least one part connected to a hazardous voltage, the arrangement further including a housing part having room for at least one power module. Each power module includes an enclosure part which essentially surrounds the power module and includes electrically insulating material. All the external connections of the power module are placed on one single wall of the enclosure part. The power modules and the enclosure part of the power modules are arranged such that when the power module is installed to the housing part the power module is electrically insulated from the housing part and external connections of the power module are directed to the front side of the housing part.
Interconnect structure for coupling an electronic unit and an optical unit, and optoelectronic module
An optoelectronic module is provide and includes an electronic unit, an optical unit, and an interconnect structure. The electronic unit is capable of outputting and/or receiving electric signals, while the optical unit is capable of converting the electric signals into optical signals. The interconnect structure connects the electronic unit and the optical unit, and includes an electrically conducting substrate and a pair of transmission leads connecting electronic unit and the optical unit. The pair of transmission leads includes a signal lead and a ground lead having lower impedance than the signal lead.
SUBSTRATE UNIT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SUBSTRATE UNIT

A radio frequency signal repeater includes, a first communication printed circuit board, a second communication printed circuit board, at least one embedded radio frequency module printed circuit board disposed between and communicably coupled to both the first communication printed circuit board and the second communication printed circuit board. The at least one embedded radio frequency module printed circuit board, the first communication printed circuit board, and the second communication printed circuit board are stacked one board on top of the others, and adjacent boards of the at least one embedded radio frequency module printed circuit board, the first communication printed circuit board, and the second communication printed circuit board are electrically coupled by a respective interconnection join layer so as to form an integrated printed circuit board module, where the adjacent boards are electrically coupled to each other through vias that extend through the interconnection join layer.
ELECTRICAL CENTER COVER WITH MACHINE-READABLE INDICATOR CONFIRMATION OF LOCK ENGAGEMENT
A cover for an electrical center of a vehicle includes a cover member defining a first cover lock assurance (CLA) feature and configured to cover electrical components of the electrical center when the first CLA feature is fully engaged with a second CLA feature defined by a housing of the electrical center and a CLA system configured to assure the full engagement of the cover member to the housing of the electrical center, the CLA system including a third CLA feature configured to selectively engage/disengage with the first and second CLA features to engage the cover member to the housing of the electrical center and a machine-readable indicator configured to be fully visible and readable by a CLA device when the third CLA feature is fully engaged and seated within the first and second CLA features.
Electrical assembly
The invention has for object an electrical assembly comprising: a first electrical connection bar, a second electrical connection bar, and an electronic card,
the first and the second electrical connection bar being in electrical contact with one another, on a connection zone, said card being at a distance from said connection zone. The assembly further comprises an electrical conduction part that creates an electrical connection between said connection zone and the electronic card.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING CABLE ROUTING BETWEEN ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS WITHIN A COMPUTER CHASSIS
An apparatus and method simulates cable routing for determining signal integrity between electronic components within a computer chassis. The apparatus includes a base plate simulating a computer chassis base. The base plate includes a top surface. A plurality of reconfigurable mounting fixtures each allow temporary mounting of a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) to a respective reconfigurable mounting fixture. The plurality of reconfigurable mounting fixtures is temporarily mountable anywhere on the top surface of the base plate. A cable including a first end connector allows a connection to a first PCBA, and a second end connector allows a connection to a second PCBA.
CIRCUIT BOARD
A power circuit includes multiple bus bars that are connected to multiple terminals of an FET, are provided flush with each other, and are each insulated from each other. The power circuit includes one bus bar that is connected to drain terminals of the FET, a solder fixing portion of the FET that is arranged on the bus bar, and another bus bar that is connected to source terminals of the FET via a conductive connection sheet.
