Slide rail kit
A slide rail kit is applicable to a rack. The rack includes at least one mounting structure having a first predetermined portion and a second predetermined portion. The slide rail kit includes a rail member and a supporting bracket. The supporting bracket is arranged on the rail member and includes a first mounting feature and a second mounting feature. The first mounting feature is configured to be mounted to the first predetermined portion of the rack. The second mounting feature includes an elastic member and a mounting member arranged on the elastic member. The mounting member can be mounted to the second predetermined portion of the rack in response to an elastic force of the elastic member.
Rack device for mounting server on multiple types of frame
A rack device for mounting server in a 2-post or in a 4-post frame includes a fixture rack, a sliding rack, a connection rack, and a handle. The fixture rack is affixed to a casing. The sliding rack is slidably disposed on the fixture rack. The connection rack is pivoted on one end of the sliding rack. The handle is pivoted on the fixture rack about a first shaft. When the casing is mounted on a 2-post frame, an end of the fixture rack is affixed to a main post, and the sliding rack is at a storage position. When the casing is mounted on a 4-post frame, the end of the fixture rack is affixed to a rear post, the sliding rack is extended to an extension position relative to the fixture rack, and the connection rack is affixed to a front post.
DATA CENTER CABINET AND REUSABLE TRANSPORT CASTERS FOR A DATA CENTER CABINET
A data center cabinet has a base frame with a pair of front vertical posts, first bottom and top side-to-side beams connected to the front vertical posts, a pair of back vertical posts, second bottom and top side-to-side beams connected to the back vertical posts, and front-to-back beams connecting the front vertical posts and back vertical posts. The first and second bottom side-to-side beams each comprise an opening configured to allow a removable transport caster to pass through the opening, a first set of keyholes configured to receive and retain a set of mounting buttons of a first removable transport caster, and a second set of keyholes configured to receive and retain a set of mounting buttons of a second removable transport caster.
RACK SYSTEM
A rack system includes a rack, a chassis, and a slide rail assembly. One lateral side of the chassis is provided with a fixing member. The slide rail assembly is mounted on the rack and includes a guide rail having a first segment, a second segment, and a third segment. The first segment is configured for supporting a portion of the chassis. A passage is defined between the second segment and the third segment to allow passage of the fixing member of the chassis.
STRUCTURAL ELECTRICAL GROUNDING FOR DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND RELATED METHODS
A data management system includes a chassis metalwork that is electrically conductive. The chassis metalwork is electrically coupled to the power supply to form a return power path. The return power path may include a sub-chassis frame and a drawer frame. The return power path may also include uninsulated return power cables. The return power cables may be maintained in a cable chain along with outgoing power cables and data cables. The return power cables may be coupled to the drawer frame and the sub-chassis frame.
TRANSPORTABLE AND STACKABLE SERVER RACKS
A server rack including a bottom panel, a top panel opposite to said bottom panel, a plurality of housing units configured for receiving rack-mountable equipment, the plurality of housing units being horizontally side-by-side arranged between the top panel and the bottom panel, the bottom panel comprising two support rails for supporting the server rack.
Connection mechanism with dual axes of travel
A connection mechanism is provided with a circuit board that replaces internal chassis cabling to multiple electronic devices. In use, the motion of a lever of the connection mechanism drives a carrier of the circuit board in one direction to make an electrical connection at a side of the circuit board. Continued motion of the lever drives the carrier downward to make an additional electrical connections at the bottom of the circuit board.
System And Associated Methods For Advertising From A Traffic Signal Control Cabinet
An advertising medium includes a frame enclosing a traffic signal control cabinet. The frame includes opposing rails for each side of the cabinet with opposing inside surfaces of the rails including grooves extending longitudinally along the rail and spaced from each other. A light panel is carried within one groove near, yet spaced from, surfaces of cabinet walls. An advertising panel is carried within a second groove. The advertising panel is spaced from the light panel and on an opposite side from the cabinet wall. A clear protective panel is carried within a third groove and opposite an outer surface of the advertising panel. Tie rods extend between lock devices which are secured to the rails such that removing the frame from its position around the cabinet is prevented. As a result, advertising material may be secured to a traffic signal control cabinet without intruding upon or modifying the cabinet.
Hot Plug Carrier with Push to Release Mechanism
A drive carrier includes a latch wire, and a track that includes first and second segments. The latch wire is configured to move along a channel in the track to enable a handle of the drive carrier to transition between multiple positions within the track. The first segment is to be placed in physical communication with the latch wire while the latch wire is at a first position and a second position within the track. The second segment is in physical communication with the first segment. The second segment is to transition between a misaligned position and an aligned position with respect to the first segment, and the latch wire is to transition from the second position to a third position within the track in response to the second segment being in the aligned position.
RACK RAIL SUPPORT
A rack rail support that provides an easier way to install shelves and other rack equipment on a rack rail. In accordance with one aspect, the rack rail support comprises a support portion configured to support a portion of rack equipment to be installed on a rack rail, and an engagement portion coupled to a first end of the support portion and configured to be inserted through a first hole in the rack rail and to engage with a first surface of the rack rail.
