Latches for securing circuit board assemblies within a slot of a telecommunications chassis are provided. In one embodiment, a latch for restricting motion of a substrate with respect to a fixed component within a slot of the telecommunications chassis is described. For example, the latch may include a mounting section allowing the latch to be mounted to the substrate. The latch may also include a cantilever section and an arc section connecting the mounting section to the cantilever section. Furthermore, the latch may include a retention component extending from a surface of the cantilever section. The retention component may be configured to restrict motion of the substrate when engaged with the fixed component within the slot.

Uniform equipment mounting system

A universal mounting system is provided for use in connection with substantially any type of electronic equipment so was to reduce or substantially avoid the need for rail kids or other mounting assemblies that are its equipment specific for mounting equipment to racks. In one implementation, a uniform mounting system (101) includes a number of rail and slider assemblies (112). Each of the rail and slider assemblies includes a slider that is slightly mounted on a support rail. Each of the slider is includes mounting flange is and brackets for mounting the slider to a piece of equipment. The mounting flanges 116 that's collectively define a segmented vertical rail. A safety stop mechanism can be used to define very a offset figurations of the equipment with respect to a front end of the rack.

Slide rail assembly

A slide rail assembly includes a first rail, a bracket, a second rail and a locking device. The bracket is arranged on the first rail and has a locking part. The second rail is movable relative to the first rail from a retracted position to an extended position. The locking device is arranged on the second rail. The locking device comprises a locking base and a locking member. The locking base is configured to be operated relative to the second rail to be in one of an open state and a closed state. When the locking base is in the closed state, the locking member corresponds to the locking part of the bracket. When the locking base is in the open state, the locking member is away from the locking part of the bracket.

Modular telecommunications patch panel system

In accordance with some aspects of the disclosure, a modular telecommunications patch panel system is shown and described. The panel can include a mounting frame extending between a first end and a second end, the mounting frame defining a plurality of apertures for receiving telecommunications components, a first mounting ear forming a snap-fit connection with the mounting frame first end, in a first orientation, and a second mounting ear, identical to the first mounting ear, forming a snap-fit connection with the mounting frame second end, in a second orientation.
