CLUB HEADS WITH VARYING IMPACT RESPONSES AND RELATED METHODS
Some embodiments include a golf club head. The golf club head includes a front body having a front body front portion with a front body front surface and having a front body rear portion, and includes a rear body having a rear body front portion, a rear body rear portion, and multiple protrusions. The golf club head is configured such that (i) when the front body front surface strikes a golf ball with a first amount of force, the front body deflects toward the rear body with a first amount of deflection, and (ii) when the front body front surface strikes the golf ball with a second amount of force less than the first amount of force, the front body deflects toward the rear body with a second amount of deflection greater than the first amount of deflection. Other embodiments of related club heads and methods are also disclosed.
Golf putter head and golf putter including same
Provided is a golf putter head, which includes a head body; and a hitting member provided in front of the head body for hitting a golf ball, and to be freely slidable up and down within a predetermined range with respect to the head body. According to the present invention, when the golf putter hits the golf ball, as spin of the golf ball is smoother, directionality of the golf ball is increased.
Golf club having an adjustable weight assembly
A golf club head includes a body having a recessed channel formed in the outer surface. A weight assembly that includes a weight disposed within the recessed channel and a cover extending over the recessed channel. A shelf is defined in the cover and slidably receives the weight. The weight assembly also includes a fastener coupling the cover to the body. The fastener is adapted to retain the weight in the recessed channel only indirectly by the cover. The cover is positionable in an unlocked configuration whereby the cover is raised at least partially out of the recessed channel and the weight is slidable within the shelf and the recessed channel, and a locked configuration whereby the cover is disposed within the recessed channel and the weight is secured within the recessed channel and the shelf. The weight moves with the cover between the unlocked configuration and the locked configuration.
Golf club having an adjustable weight assembly
A golf club head includes a body having an outer surface with a recessed channel formed therein. A weight assembly that includes a weight at least partially disposed within the recessed channel, a cover extending over the recessed channel, and a fastener coupling the cover to the body. The fastener is adapted to retain the weight in the recessed channel only indirectly by the cover. The weight assembly is selectively positionable between at least three configurations: a first configuration where the weight is secured within the recessed channel; a second configuration where the weight is slidable within the recessed channel; and a third configuration where the weight is completely removable from the golf club head. The cover is coupled to the body in all three configurations.
Golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads
Embodiments of golf club heads, golf clubs, and methods to manufacture golf club heads and golf clubs are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head includes a body portion with an interior cavity and a face portion attached to the body portion to enclose the interior cavity. The golf club head also includes a filler material in the interior cavity and attached to the back surface of the face portion. The golf club head also includes an internal mass portion in the interior cavity spaced apart from the body portion and attached to the filler material. The filler material may be located between the face portion and the internal mass portion. The internal mass portion may be movable in the interior cavity relative to the body portion and the face portion. Other examples and embodiments may be described and claimed.
GOLF CLUB HEAD HAVING A MAGNETIC ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTING SYSTEM
A golf club head includes a club body having a crown opposite a sole, a toe end opposite a heel end, a back end, and a hosel. A first magnet is coupled to the club body. A second magnet selectively engages the first magnet, such that in a first configuration the first and second magnets attract, and in a second configuration the first and second magnets do not attract, wherein the second magnet is configured to rotate relative to the first magnet between the first configuration and the second configuration.
Club heads with varying impact responses and related methods

Other embodiments of related club heads and methods are also disclosed.
Golf Club Head With Face Damping And Stress-Reduction Features
An golf club head with a structure that improves the sound and reduces stress placed on the face upon impact with a golf ball is disclosed herein. In particular, the golf club head is an iron with a face having a rear protrusion, also referred to as a piston, with both forward and rearward facing surfaces. The piston is at least partially received within a receptacle provided in the body of the golf club head. The receptacle also includes a pair of bumpers, one of which interacts with the piston to improve the sound of the face upon impact with a golf ball at speeds at which an average golfer would swing the club head, and the other of which reduces the stress placed on the face when the club makes impact with a golf ball at high speeds.
GOLF CLUB HAVING AN ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT ASSEMBLY
A golf club head includes a body having a recessed channel formed in an outer surface. A weight assembly that includes a weight at least partially disposed within the recessed channel, a cover extending at least partially over the recessed channel, and a fastener coupling the cover to the body. The fastener is adapted to retain the weight in the recessed channel only indirectly by the cover. The weight is slidably engaged with the cover and the cover is positionable in at least an unlocked configuration whereby the cover is raised at least partially out of the recessed channel and the weight is selectively slidable within the recessed channel, and a locked configuration whereby the cover is at least partially disposed within the recessed channel and the weight is secured within the recessed channel. The weight moves with the cover between the unlocked configuration and the locked configuration.
