SOLAR POWERED VEHICLE MOUNTED DISPLAY
Systems and methods for solar powered vehicle mounted displays are provided. A solar energy harvesting device is electrically connected to an electronic display within a housing. The solar energy harvesting device is configured for mounting to a roof of a vehicle. A mounting support is provided for mounting the housing to another portion of the vehicle.
SOLAR POWERED VEHICLE TOPPER UNIT
A solar powered VTU and systems and methods for the same are provided. A solar energy harvesting device and an energy storage device are electrically connected to an electronic display within a housing. A support extends between the housing and the solar energy harvesting device such that a bottom surface of the solar energy harvesting device is elevated directly above, and is spaced apart from, a top surface of the housing. The solar energy harvesting device has a first footprint, and the housing has a second footprint. The first footprint is larger than, and directly overlies, the second footprint.
ELECTRONIC DISPLAY ASSEMBLIES WITH SOLAR PANELS
A solar powered display assembly and systems and methods for the same are provided. A solar energy harvesting device is electrically connected to a display unit which is connected to an electrical grid. At least one structural member extends between a housing for the display unit and the solar energy harvesting device such that a bottom surface of the solar energy harvesting device is elevated above, and spaced apart from, a top surface of the housing such that shade is periodically cast on the display unit. The solar energy harvesting device has a first footprint, and the housing has a second footprint which is smaller than the first footprint.
HEAT DISSIPATING DEVICE FOR DISPLAY PANEL, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND DISPLAY DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a heat dissipating device for a display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The heat dissipating device may include: a first heat conductor layer located on a side of the display panel away from its display surface, and provided with at least one through hole; and a second heat conductor layer located on a side of the first heat conductor layer away from the display panel, and connected to the display panel through the at least one through hole. A thermal conductivity of the first heat conductor layer in a direction parallel to the display surface and a thermal conductivity of the second heat conductor layer in a direction perpendicular to the display surface are greater than that of the first heat conductor layer in a direction perpendicular to the display surface, respectively.
Display apparatus
A display apparatus comprises a display panel; a heat sink plate coupled to a bottom surface of the display panel and having a coupling member that extends in a semicircular shape at one end and protrudes in a direction toward the bottom surface of the display panel; and a guide panel having a connection member at one end that is coupled to the coupling member in a rotation or sliding manner and connected to a bottom surface a printed circuit board (PCB) connected to the display panel, wherein the printed circuit board is detachably coupled to a bottom surface of the heat sink plate.
HEAD-MOUNTED DISPLAY FOR PUBLIC USE
Some embodiments described herein relate to head-mounted displays having an optical assembly and a support structure. The optical assembly can include the display, lenses, sensors, electronics and similar components. In this way, fragile and/or expensive components can be concentrated in the optical assembly. The support structure can include a faceplate and straps configured to hold the head-mounted display to the user's head. The optical assembly can be removeably coupled to the support structure. Support structures can be interchangeable with optical assemblies such that one support structure can be configured to be removeably coupled to all, most, or several optical assemblies.
Display device including radiant heat blocking layer
A display device, including a display panel configured to display an image in a front direction; an optical layer arranged at a front side of the display panel; and a radiant heat blocking layer arranged at a foremost plane of the display panel, and arranged on a front surface of the optical layer, wherein the radiant heat blocking layer is configured to block radiant heat produced by the display panel or produced behind the display panel from transferring forward from the radiant heat blocking layer.
SYSTEM FOR COOLING AN ELECTRONIC IMAGE ASSEMBLY WITH CIRCULATING GAS AND AMBIENT GAS
An apparatus for cooling an electronic image assembly with ambient gas and circulating gas is disclosed. A first fan may be positioned to force the circulating gas around the electronic image assembly in a closed loop while a second fan may be positioned to cause a flow of ambient gas. A structure is preferably positioned to allow the circulating gas to cross the flow of the ambient gas while substantially prohibiting the circulating gas from mixing with the ambient gas. A pair of manifolds may be placed along the sides of the electronic image assembly and may be in gaseous communication with a plurality of channels placed behind the electronic image assembly. A heat exchanger may be used in some exemplary embodiments.

An electronic device comprises a first case, a resin plate, and a display. The first case has a first surface and a second surface. The resin plate is located inside the first case. The display is located on a side facing the first surface of the first case.
Image projection optical module and head mounted display
An image projection optical module including: an image generating element configured to generate an image; an image display unit configured to display the image; and a coupling member thermally connected to the image generating element, the coupling member including a front heat dissipation portion on a front portion of the coupling member when a direction of line of sight of a user wearing a casing of a head mounted display provided with the image projection optical module is defined as a forward direction, the front heat dissipation portion being to dissipate heat.
