Golf Putter Head for Ensuring Pure Roll
A new golf putter head is disclosed, comprising an upper portion and a sole pillar, wherein the upper portion comprises a strike face and the bottom edge of the strike face is used to strike the golf ball on the golf ball equator, and the sole pillar does not contact the ball at any point during the ball contact with the putter during the swing, the putter improving the putt accuracy by reducing golf ball slippage on the green and the variability of the energy deposited into the golf ball on a putt.
Putter with replaceable face insert
A golf club head, preferably a putter head, comprising a replaceable face insert is disclosed herein. The golf club head comprises a body with face cavity and a secondary cavity in communication with, and disposed behind, the face cavity, and at least one opening extending through a top or sole portion into the secondary cavity. The replaceable face insert comprises a striking portion and a support structure extending from a rear surface of the striking portion. The support structure is received within the secondary cavity and the striking portion is received within the face cavity, and then a rod or bolt is inserted through the opening and through the support structure to reversibly secure the face insert to the body. A linear bearing may be disposed within the support structure to receive the rod or bolt.
ADJUSTABLE GOLF CLUB WITH SELECTABLE HOSEL
An improved golf club putter having a selectable hosel, each hosel having a characteristic lie angle and loft angle, wherein the hosel is mounted to the head of the golf club, and wherein the hosel has a position orientation feature which aligns the shaft and hand grip with respect to the putter head for accurate operation of the golf club putter.
Golf club head with hidden screw port
Embodiments of a golf club head are described herein including a plurality of ports with doors. The golf club head comprises a ball striking face and a body, wherein the body comprises a plurality of ports each adapted to receive a threaded fastener and defines an outer surface of the golf club head. The plurality of ports comprises a bore recessed inward relative to the outer surface of the body, wherein the bore is fluidly isolated from the internal volume, wherein the bore is adapted to receive a threaded fastener; and a door hingably coupled to the body and pivotable between a first position that is substantially flush with the outer surface and a second position that is deflected inward of the outer surface; wherein the door at least partially blocks ingress of the threaded fastener into the bore when in the first position, and permits ingress of the threaded fastener into the bore when in the second position.
GOLF CLUB HEADS AND METHODS TO MANUFACTURE GOLF CLUB HEADS
Embodiments of golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head may include a body portion with a toe portion, a heel portion, a rear portion, a front portion with a strike face, a sole portion, and a top portion with a plurality of ports. The body portion may define a periphery of the golf club head. The golf club head may also include a plurality of weight portions with each weight portion disposed in one port of the plurality of ports. Other examples and embodiments may be described and claimed.
GOLF CLUB HEAD
A putter golf club head having one or more repositionable weight assemblies, such as a heel weight assembly and a toc weight assembly.
PUTTER WITH INTERCHANGEABLE FACEPLATE SYSTEM
A golf putting club includes an elongated shaft having a gripped first end, and a putter head attached to the second end. A faceplate is removably secured onto the front end of the putter head. The faceplate is constructed from a material that is tuned to generate a specific note when striking a golf ball. A sound gap for generating and increasing a volume associated with the note the faceplate makes when striking the golf ball is located between the back surface of the faceplate and the front wall of the putter head. The putter includes a plurality of different removable faceplates each being pre-tuned to generate a different specific note when striking a golf ball.
Putter club head with an adjustable radial face
A putter club head having an adjustable radial face. The club head having a recessed area formed in a front surface for receipt of the adjustable radial face formed by an impact surface insert. The radial impact surface insert has a frontal surface that works in combination with a radial recessed area to cause an immediate golf ball roll upon impact. The radial impact surface insert is releasably secured to the recessed area of the putter club head, allowing ease of substitution. The radial impact surface insert can vary in materials of construction, wherein a golfer can employ the radial impact surface insert to accommodate various golfing conditions while maintaining a single putter club.
Putter with alignment aid
A putter head comprising a novel alignment structure is disclosed herein. In particular, the putter comprises an alignment sphere attached to an upper surface of a lower flange and an alignment ring suspended over the lower flange and vertically aligned with the alignment sphere. When a golfer has oriented the putter properly in front of a golf ball at address, the alignment sphere will appear to the golfer to be encircled by the alignment ring.
