WAREHOUSE SYSTEM
A warehouse system includes a component container warehouse configured to store multiple component containers that accommodate multiple components, a component supply unit warehouse configured to store multiple component supply units used when supplying the components accommodated in the component container to a component mounter, a component container loader configured to load the component container into the component supply unit, and a conveyance robot configured to move between the component container warehouse, the component supply unit warehouse, and the component container loader to convey the component container and the component supply unit to the component container loader.
COMPONENT MOUNTING SYSTEM
A component mounting system includes a component mounter group, a storage, and a loader. The storage is provided on an upstream side or a downstream side of the component mounter group and has a storage area in which multiple component supply devices are arranged and supported detachably. The loader automatically takes out and/or attach the component supply devices from and/or to the component mounters and the storage. When an occupancy state of the component supply device supported by the storage area reaches a predetermined high occupancy state, the control section of the component mounting system outputs at least one of a recovery urging warning for prompting recovery of the component supply devices supported by the storage area and a replenishment prohibition warning for prohibiting replenishment of the component supply device used in a next production or later onto the storage area.
Component supply device
A component supply device, including a stage on which components are scattered; an imaging device configured to image components scattered on the stage; a storage device configured to store first identification information capable of identifying a first component which is a component scheduled to be supplied from the stage and second identification information capable of identifying a second component which is a component not scheduled to be supplied from the stage; and a determination device configured to determine whether the first component is present on the stage based on the first identification information and imaging data from the imaging device, and to determine whether the second component is present on the stage based on the second identification information and imaging data from the imaging device.
Component mounting system
A component mounting system that includes a component mounter in which multiple component supply units are detachably arranged in a supply area and mounts components on a board based on a job. The system performs a preparatory arrangement control for dividing the component supply units required for the job into multiple, and controlling the unit exchange device to make an arrangement of the component supply units in each group match an arrangement order in the supply area, and a supply arrangement control for controlling the unit exchange device to automatically exchange the component supply units, and to arrange the component supply units required for the job after switching in the supply area.
Component supply device and component mounting device
A component supply device includes a tape feeder configured to feed a tape including a storage configured to store a component and a cover tape configured to cover an upper side of the storage, and a press including a columnar protrusion configured to press an upper surface of a portion of the cover tape that covers the storage.
SYSTEM FOR PREPARING COMPONENT FEED UNIT
A component supply unit set-up system includes a container warehouse configured to store multiple component containers for containing multiple components, a unit storage shed configured to store multiple component supply units used when the component, which is contained in the component container, is supplied in a mounting operation performed by a component mounter, a work table disposed between the container warehouse and the unit storage shed and used for a loading operation of loading the component supply unit with the component container, a container conveyance robot configured to convey the component container between the container warehouse and the work table, and a unit conveyance robot configured to convey the component supply unit between the unit storage shed and the work table.
COMPONENT MOUNTING LINE
A production management device, which manages a production schedule of a component mounting line, executes a remote operation mode for remotely operating a component mounter to perform a test operation according to an input operation of an operator, in addition to an automatic production mode in which an automated replacement operation of an automated replacement robot is managed according to the production schedule to produce a component mounting board. The production management device determines, when in the remote operation mode, whether a feeder configured to supply components necessary for the test operation is set in the component mounter, and when the feeder that supplies the necessary components is not set in the component mounter, moves the automated replacement robot to the component mounter and sets the feeder configured to supply the necessary components in the component mounter to cause the component mounter to perform the test operation.
REEL INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL DEVICE AND FEEDER PREPARATION SYSTEM
A reel installation and removal device that installs and removes a reel on which a tape containing components is wound, the device including a control device configured to execute a detachment control of driving a holding section and a cutting section so that the tape is held and cut in a portion to which the component has been supplied after driving a feeding section and a rotation section so that the tape is rewound and wound around the reel, and controlling the feeder set unit and the reel transfer unit so as to detach the reel from the feeder in a state where the feeder to which the reel is attached is set in the feeder set unit.
STORAGE
A storage includes a first opening section, a second opening section, and a moving section. An article used in a board working machine configured to perform predetermined board work on a board is received or delivered through the first opening section. The second opening section is an opening section different from the first opening section, and when reception work or delivery work of the article is performed through the first opening section, an article different from the article can be received or delivered through the second opening section. The moving section moves the article to a predetermined storage section when the article is received through the first opening section or the second opening section and moves the article stored in the storage section to the first opening section or the second opening section when the article is delivered.
PALLET REPLACING DEVICE
There is provided a pallet replacing device configured to be applied to a component supply device in which pallets, each holding components, are individually stored in multiple storage slots which are formed at predetermined heightward intervals inside a magazine, and the pallets are selectively drawn out to supply the components, the pallet replacing device, including a main body case, multiple replacing slots formed at the predetermined heightward intervals inside the main body case and configured to store the pallets therein, a positioning section configured to position the main body case in a predetermined position where the multiple pallets can individually move between the storage slots and the replacing slots, and a moving tool configured to be used for a batch moving operation for moving the multiple pallets altogether at one time between the storage slots and the replacing slots.
