COMPONENT STORAGE MEMBER AND STORAGE METHOD
For a component receiving member provided with a component reception recess shaped according to a component that is a storage target, and side wall section that a component held by suction nozzle contacts when moved in the left-right direction, when the component is released in a state contacting the side wall section, the component is stored in the component reception recess by leads of the component falling along a tapered surface and the component rotating 90 degrees due to its own weight. Therefore, even in a case in which the component is held by suction nozzle with an upper surface facing up, the component is stored in the component reception recess with the upper surface facing up by the component rotating 90 degrees at the component receiving member.
MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, MOUNTING SYSTEM, AND MANAGEMENT METHOD
A management apparatus of the present disclosure is an apparatus used in a mounting system including multiple mounting-related devices each having an attachment portion to which a second member used in combination with a first member is attached and related to a process of mounting a component on a processing target object, and a moving work device that is moved between the mounting-related devices and automatically attaches and detaches the second member to and from the attachment portion. The management apparatus is configured to, when cancelation information indicating that the second member has been detached from the attachment portion of the mounting-related device is acquired and collecting information indicating that the moving work device has detached the second member from the attachment portion is not acquired, execute a process of setting the second member as a restriction target.
PRODUCTION SYSTEM
A production system includes a first production line and a second production line arranged in parallel with each other, and a first feeder exchange device and a second feeder exchange device respectively provided in each production line at an interval with which the first feeder exchange device and the second feeder exchange device can pass by each other. When the production is stopped, the first feeder exchange device and the second feeder exchange device stop at intervals of a predetermined distance or more in a board conveyance direction.
Component mounting machine
There is provided technology which is a component mounting machine which mounts electronic components onto a circuit substrate and is capable of displaying a movable region of an inner portion of the component mounting machine within a same image. The component mounting machine is provided with a fixed camera which monitors the inner portion of the component mounting machine and a display section which is capable of displaying a captured image of the fixed camera. The fixed camera is capable of imaging a range from a pickup position at which the suction nozzle picks up the electronic component which is supplied from the component feeder to a mounting position at which the electronic component is mounted onto the circuit substrate within the same image.
Device for judging whether splicing of carrier tapes is allowed
The present application discloses a device for judging whether splicing of carrier tapes, which house multiple electronic components at a specified interval, wound around different reels is allowed. The device is provided with a data management section and a judging section. In the device, the data management section creates an association between and memorizes the reel ID, the type of electronic components housed in the carrier tape wound around the reel, the remaining quantity of electronic components housed in the carrier tape wound around the reel, and the possible winding quantity of electronic components to the reel. Also, in the device, the judging section, in a case in which the total of the remaining quantities of electronic components of two reels exceeds the possible winding quantity of the reel to be wound onto, judges that splicing of the carrier tapes is not allowed.
Component supply device
The component supply device includes a table on which a wafer sheet is carried and a pickup head which picks up a component on the wafer sheet carried on the table. The pickup head includes multiple component supply side suction nozzles, and a switching mechanism which switches the multiple component supply side suction nozzles between a pickup position at which the tip of the multiple component supply side suction nozzles faces down and a transfer position at which the tip of the multiple component supply side suction nozzles faces up. The arrangement of the multiple component supply side suction nozzles corresponds to the arrangement of multiple mounter side suction nozzles equipped on the mounting head of the mounter.
FEEDER STATE DISPLAY SYSTEM
A system includes feeder storage that stores feeders to be replenished to multiple component mounters and feeders removed from each component mounter, automatic exchanging device to replenish a feeder taken from the feeder storage to each component mounter and collect a feeder removed from each component mounter to the feeder storage, and feeder management section that manages whether each feeder stored in the feeder storage is a feeder to be replenished or a feeder to be collected. State display section, being provided with each feeder on an end face part on a removal direction side or an upper end face part, is configured to display a state of the feeder, and the feeder management section displays whether each feeder stored in the feeder storage is the feeder to be replenished or the feeder to be collected, on the state display section of each feeder.
Component supply device
A component supply device which includes a moving slider for moving between a position near a wafer sheet replenishment section and a position near a mounter, a table supported on the moving slider, and a rotating mechanism for rotating the table around a specific rotation axis. The table is supported on the moving slider by a number one support point, a number two support point, and a number three support point which are provided on a circumference with the rotation axis at the center. The rotating mechanism includes a number one guide for moving number one support point in an arc with respect to the rotation axis, and driven guides for moving number two support point and number three support point in an arc with respect to the rotation axis.
TRANSFER APPARATUS
This apparatus includes a carrying path for an electronic component, a holder unit holding and releasing the electronic component, and N number of rotary pickups including the multiple holder units, and intermittently rotating around the rotation axis. At least one of the rotary pickups is a first carrying structure. The rotary pickup adjacent to the first carrying structure is a second carrying structure installed so as to not overlap with each other, to have the respective rotation axes orthogonal to each other. The holder unit of the first carrying structure and that of the second carrying structure are each a sucking nozzle. The holder units of the first carrying structure and of the second carrying structure have a common stop position, and the electronic component is transferred at only a transfer point that is the stop position.
TAPE FEEDER
According to a tape feeder of the present disclosure, a tape pressing member pressing a part which engages with an outer peripheral tooth of a sprocket in a carrier tape from above is connected to a main body by a connection mechanism. The connection mechanism is configured to move the entirety of the tape pressing member in a manner parallel to the main body in a case where a portion of the tape pressing member moves in a vertical direction with respect to the main body.
