A component mounting system includes a component mounting device (15) configured to mount a component (E) on a board (S), a component storage (20) configured to store a component containing member (200) configured to contain a plurality of the components to be mounted on the board by the component mounting device, and a controller (22) configured to control an order in which the component containing member is unloaded from the component storage. The controller is configured to control the order in which the component containing member is unloaded based on an unloading priority when a plurality of the component containing members are scheduled to be unloaded.

A component supply device includes a pallet configured to allow a tray to be arranged thereon, a magazine operable to hold a plurality of pallets, and a magazine holder configured to allow the magazine to be arranged therein. The magazine holder is configured to allow the pallet to be conveyed from the magazine that has been arranged to a component supply position. The component supply device further includes a magazine supply unit configured to supply the magazine to the magazine holder, a magazine ejection unit configured to receive the magazine ejected from the magazine holder, and a magazine conveyance unit configured to convey the magazine from the magazine supply unit to the magazine holder.

A carrier tape holding device is installed in a component supply unit that supplies a component by drawing a carrier tape storing the component from a tape roll body formed by winding the carrier tape in a roll shape. The carrier tape holding device includes a storage portion that stores the tape roll body. A device for carrying materials in a manner allowing for easy loading but effective capture in location when loaded includes a frame, a carrying assembly positioned on the frame, a locating assembly, and a driving assembly. A connecting rod of the locating assembly is movably positioned on the frame and a first bracket of the locating assembly is positioned at an inlet side of the carrying assembly. The driving assembly drives the connecting rod and a first limiting rod swings synchronously with the connecting rod, to close the carrying assembly when loaded, preventing materials from accidentally falling out of the carrying assembly when it is tilted or jarred.

Tape-feeder setting work apparatus (40), which is used when an operator performs a work of setting a component supply tape wound on tape reel (12), in tape feeder (10), includes feeder set base (41) configured to hold the tape feeder in the setting work of the component supply tape, power supply section (47) configured to supply a power to tape feeding device (29) inside the tape feeder, and operation section (51) configured to allow the operator to operate the tape feeding device inside the tape feeder. When a work of setting a tip portion of the component supply tape by pulling out the tip portion from the tape reel set in the tape feeder held by the feeder set base is performed, the operator operates the operation section of the tape-feeder setting work apparatus to operate a tape feeding operation of the tape feeding device inside the tape feeder, and feeds the tip portion of the component supply tape pulled out from the tape reel to a component pickup position of the tape feeder.

A component type management device includes an association registration section configured to register association data in which individual identification information of a component supply device which is attached to a component mounter and supplies a component is associated with a type of the component held in the component supply device, an association discarding section configured to discard the association data in a case where a predetermined condition is satisfied after the component supply device is detached from the component mounter, a detachment discrimination section configured to discriminate whether the component supply device is detached by an automatic exchanging device; and an association maintaining section configured to invalidate a function of the association discarding section before the predetermined condition is satisfied and maintain the association data in a case of being discriminated that the component supply device is detached by the automatic exchanging device.

A component mounting system includes a component mounter group, a storage container, a loader, a host computer, and a production management computer. The host computer prepares jobs for each product based on a production plan for producing multiple types of products in which predetermined various types of components are mounted on a mounting target and sets a job in the jobs so prepared that satisfies a specified determination condition as a determined job. The production management computer shares the determined job with the host computer, makes a processing preparation for the determined job and thereafter causes the loader to unload and/or load component supply devices based on the results of the processing preparation for the determined job.
