Automated replacement system for production line
An automated replacement device moves in a right-left direction along a front surface of production line including multiple machines. The automated replacement device moves to a front side of an instructed machine among the multiple machines to perform an automated replacement operation on the machine. A periphery monitoring device monitors a safety area set in a periphery of the automated replacement device to stop an operation of the automated replacement device in an emergency manner when a person or an obstacle is detected in the safety area and alarm device sounds an alarm to notify that the automated replacement device is moving, in which the periphery monitoring device is switched such that a range of the safety area during the movement of the automated replacement device is smaller than a range of the safety area during the automated replacement operation.
REEL ATTACHING/DETACHING DEVICE AND FEEDER PREPARATION SYSTEM
A reel attaching/detaching device that attaches/detaches a reel on which a tape accommodating a component is wound to and from a feeder which feeds out the tape by a drive of a feed-out section and supplies the component, the device includes a feeder set unit configured to be set in a predetermined orientation when the feeder supplies the component, a reel set unit configured to be set in a predetermined orientation when the reel supplies the component, a transfer robot configured to transfer the reel between the feeder set unit and the reel set unit while holding a orientation of the reel, and a control device configured to control the transfer robot so that the reel is detached from the reel set unit and the reel is attached to the feeder set in the feeder set unit, when the reel is set in the reel set unit.
METHOD FOR DELIVERING COMPONENTS IN FEEDER CASSETTES, DELIVERY SYSTEM, COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT AND COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
A method for delivering components in feeder cassettes to at least one placement device by a delivery system, the method includes the following method steps: Detection of a mandatory exchange period (t1) for each of the feeder cassettes by the delivery system, Comparison of the recorded mandatory exchange periods (t1), wherein time conflicts (K) between the recorded mandatory exchange periods (t1) are determined by the delivery system during the comparison, Determination of an optional exchange period (t2) for at least one of the feeder cassettes with a determined time conflict (K) by the delivery system, Delivery of components in feeder cassettes to the at least one placement device within the at least one optional exchange period (t2) by the delivery system.
COMPONENT SUPPLY DEVICE
Provided is a component supply device that further reduces the burden on an operator as compared with the conventional art. The component supply device includes: a magazine unit provided with a magazine accommodating multiple pallets each of which holds multiple components; a pallet pulling-out mechanism configured to selectively pull out the pallet from the magazine and transfer the pallet to a component supply position of a component mounter; a storage configured to store a larger number of the multiple pallets than the magazine unit; and a replacement mechanism configured to replace the pallet between the magazine and the storage.
Component supply system
A loose component supply device including a stage configured to support scattered components; a holding tool configured to hold a component scattered on the stage; and a component reception member in which is formed a component reception recess in accordance with the component, the device supplying components in a state with the component held by the holding tool loaded in the component reception recess of the component reception member. With the loose component supply device, a setting section is provided for setting any of multiple of the component reception members. An identification plate is provided on the component reception member and a 2D code for identifying the type of the component that is able to be loaded in the component reception recess is provided on the identification plate.
Work machine
A work machine including a work head including a holding tool to pick up and hold a component, a rotating device to rotate the holding tool about an axis of the holding tool, a pivoting device to pivot the holding tool between a first attitude in which a distal end portion of the holding tool faces downward and a second attitude in which the distal end portion of the holding tool faces sideways; a moving device to move the work head; and a control device to control operation of the work head and the moving device, the control device including an operation control section to cause the holding tool to pivot from the first attitude to the second attitude, and to cause the holding tool to rotate from a holding angle that is a rotation angle when the component was picked up to a target angle.
Mounting system and reporting control device
A mounting system of the present disclosure includes a mounting line having multiple mounting machines aligned side by side in a predetermined arrangement and configured to mount a component on a board, a supply device configured to convey members for use in the mounting machines and supply the members to the mounting machines by traveling in the arrangement direction, and a reporting section configured to issue a warning when the members are not supplied to the mounting machines by the supply device.
Mounting system, mobile work device, and mobile work management method
A mounting control section of a mounting device causes a mounting section to pick up a component from a feeder at a position designated in mounting condition information. When component depletion of the feeder for which component depletion is predicted occurs, the mounting control section executes a spare component pickup process in which the mounting section is caused to pick up the component from the exchange feeder loaded to the spare loading section at a position not designated in the mounting condition information. Then, when component depletion of the feeder for which component depletion is predicted occurs, the moving control section collects the component depleted feeder in the accommodation section while moving and loading the exchange feeder, on which the spare component pickup process corresponding to the collected component depleted feeder is being performed, to the loading section from which the component depleted feeder was collected.
AUTOMATIC CONVEYANCE APPARATUS AND PRODUCTION SYSTEM COMPRISING SAME
An automatic conveyance apparatus includes a first loading surface, an adjustment device, a movement device, and a control section. The control section drives the movement device to move the member between the first loading surface and the second loading surface when the automatic conveyance apparatus is positioned at a member delivery position and/or a member pickup position where the automatic conveyance apparatus delivers and/or picks up the member and when the height and the inclination of the first loading surface are adjusted in accordance with the height position and the inclination position of the second loading surface by the adjustment device. The automatic conveyance apparatus is configured to travel between multiple predetermined positions including the member delivery position and/or the member pickup position.
Component mounting system
A component mounting system that includes a unit exchange device configured to automatically exchange the component supply unit and a processing section configured to determine whether the attachment and detachment of the component supply unit is performed according to the attachment and detachment instruction based on the attachment and detachment record acquired by an acquisition section and the instruction list, and when it is determined that the attachment and detachment is performed according to the attachment and detachment instruction, to perform an update process to update the instruction list by deleting the corresponding attachment and detachment instruction.
