A loose component supply device includes a loose component support section that supports multiple components in a loose state, an imaging device that images the components supported on the loose component support section, a component holding head provided with at least one component holding tool capable of picking up and holding each of the components supported on the loose component support section, a holding head moving device that moves the component holding head at least to and from the loose component support section and a component transfer section at which transfer to a next process is possible, and a holding tool changing device that changes at least one of the one component holding tools based on image data obtained by the imaging of the imaging device.

Mounting work machine
A component supply device including a component storage device that stores a plurality of components, a component support member on which the components from the component storage device are dispersed, and a component return device that returns the components on the component support member to the component storage device, is provided. In a case where the necessary number of components exceeds the number of holdable components, return work of the components to the component container and dispersal work of the components to the component support section are carried out prior to holding the components from the component support section by the component holding tool.

A component supply device including: a stage configured such that components can be scattered on the stage; a slide device configured to slide the stage; a contacting section configured to contact the component scattered on the stage in accordance with sliding of the stage by the slide device; and a control device configured to control operation of the slide device, wherein the control device includes a determining section configured to determine whether the stage has been slid to a set position when the stage is slid towards the contacting section, and an operation control section configured to control operation of the slide device so as to, in a case in which it is determined by the determining section that the stage has not been slid to the set position, after sliding the stage in a direction away from the contacting section, once again slide the stage towards the contacting section.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT SERIES AND BASE TAPE
An electronic component series includes a base tape mainly composed of paper and having a multiplicity of accommodation recesses formed continuously at predetermined intervals for accommodating electronic components each having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape with an L dimension of less than or equal to 0.6 mm, a W dimension of less than or equal to 0.3 mm, and a T dimension of less than or equal to 0.3 mm; the electronic components accommodated in the accommodation recesses; and a cover tape continuously adhered to a surface of the base tape to cover the accommodation recesses. The electronic components are lifted from the accommodation recesses by peeling off the cover tape. Each of the accommodation recesses has a bottom surface inclined in a range of more than 10° to 20° with respect to the surface of the base tape to be deeper toward a downstream in a conveyance direction.
Articulating surface mount technology (SMT) feeder arm
The present disclosure relates to a feeder arm for a surface mount technology (SMT) machine. In an embodiment, the feeder arm includes a support body that is fastened to an SMT machine. The feeder arm includes a reel loading body that supports a reel of electrical components to allow the reel to be prepared for installation on the SMT machine. The feeder arm includes preparation circuitry configured to electrically connect the reel to allow the reel to be prepared. The feeder arm includes an articulating joint between the reel loading body and the support body. The articulating joint may articulate the second body between a first position and a second position.
Component supply device
A component supply device that images stage on which multiple leaded components are supported in a scattered state, and holds a component supported on the stage using a component holding tool based on the image data, wherein multiple stages of different colors are prepared, and a stage from among the multiple stages a stage with a color different to a component that is planned to be supplied is removably attached to component support member. By this, for example, in a case in which a component planned to be supplied is white, by attaching a black stage to the component support section, due to the contrast between the background and the target object, it is possible to clearly recognize the white component supported on the black stage.
COMPONENT SUPPLY DEVICE AND COMPONENT MOUNTING DEVICE
A component supply device includes a tape feeder configured to feed a tape including a storage configured to store a component and a cover tape configured to cover an upper side of the storage, and a press including a columnar protrusion configured to press an upper surface of a portion of the cover tape that covers the storage.
