COMPONENT MOUNTING SYSTEM
A component mounting system includes a component mounter that mounts a component in a board, a tape feeder (component feeder) that is placed in the component mounter and supplies the component, and a mobile component supply device that holds a tape cassette (container) storing a component, automatically moves, and supplies the component in the tape cassette (container) to the tape feeder (component feeder).
FEEDER
A feeder provided with: a feeder main body, on a rear section of which is formed a tape insertion section for inserting carrier tape that stores multiple components; a tape feeding path for feeding the carrier tape from rear to front, the tape feeding path being provided on the feeder main body so as to connect to the tape insertion section; and an insertion guiding member in which is formed a guiding groove capable of guiding the carrier tape to the tape insertion section when the carrier tape is inserted to the tape insertion section.
MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, MOUNTING SYSTEM, AND MANAGEMENT METHOD
A management apparatus of the present disclosure is an apparatus used in a mounting system including multiple mounting-related devices each having an attachment portion to which a second member used in combination with a first member is attached and related to a process of mounting a component on a processing target object, and a moving work device that is moved between the mounting-related devices and automatically attaches and detaches the second member to and from the attachment portion. The management apparatus is configured to, when cancelation information indicating that the second member has been detached from the attachment portion of the mounting-related device is acquired and collecting information indicating that the moving work device has detached the second member from the attachment portion is not acquired, execute a process of setting the second member as a restriction target.
TAPE FEEDER AND COMPONENT MOUNTER
A reel holder on which is loaded tape reel is held on feeder main body of tape feeder so as to be displaceable in the width direction of feeder main body by link mechanism. By this, it is possible to displace the position of tape reel of tape feeder set on feeder setting table of a component mounter in the width direction of feeder main body based on the reel width of tape reel of an adjacent tape feeder, and tape reel of each tape feeder can be arranged making efficient use of the empty space between adjacent tape feeders.
PRODUCTION SYSTEM
A production system includes a first production line and a second production line arranged in parallel with each other, and a first feeder exchange device and a second feeder exchange device respectively provided in each production line at an interval with which the first feeder exchange device and the second feeder exchange device can pass by each other. When the production is stopped, the first feeder exchange device and the second feeder exchange device stop at intervals of a predetermined distance or more in a board conveyance direction.
Component mounting device
A component mounting device includes a head unit including a mounting head configured to mount a component on a substrate, a component feeder configured to feed the component to the mounting head, and an imager provided on the head unit and configured to be able to image a component feeding location of the component feeder from a plurality of directions. The component mounting device further includes a controller configured to acquire a horizontal position and a vertical height position of the component at the component feeding location based on images of the component feeding location captured from the plurality of directions by the imager.
COMPONENT PICKUP POSITION CORRECTION SYSTEM AND COMPONENT PICKUP POSITION CORRECTION METHOD FOR A ROTARY HEAD TYPE COMPONENT MOUNTER
In a rotary head type component mounter, before using two suction nozzles of rotary head to pick up the leading components in component supply tape set in two tape feeders, rotary head is moved in the XY directions by head moving mechanism and rotated by head rotating mechanism such that the pickup points of the two suction nozzles are positioned on two straight lines and extending in the tape feeding direction of each tape feeder passing through the ideal pickup points of the leading components of the two tape feeders, and the leading components are fed to component pickup positions and that are the pickup points of the suction nozzles on the two straight lines. Then, the two suction nozzles of rotary head are lowered simultaneously to pick up the two component simultaneously using the two suction nozzles.
Tape feeder
A second tape conveying mechanism 20B includes a sprocket 21B allowed to rotate freely only in a first rotating direction corresponding to a tape conveying direction, and a first urging member 30 which urges and causes a carrier tape 14 to engage the sprocket 21B. When a preceding tape 14(1) engages the sprocket 21B and a subsequent tape 14(2) is inserted, the second tape conveying mechanism 20B abuts against a leading end of the subsequent tape 14(2) to prohibit entry of the subsequent tape 14(2). After the preceding tape 14(2) passes a tape stopper 35a, a position of the second tape conveying mechanism 20B is changed from a tape entry prohibition position to a tape entry permission position.
Device for judging whether splicing of carrier tapes is allowed
The present application discloses a device for judging whether splicing of carrier tapes, which house multiple electronic components at a specified interval, wound around different reels is allowed. The device is provided with a data management section and a judging section. In the device, the data management section creates an association between and memorizes the reel ID, the type of electronic components housed in the carrier tape wound around the reel, the remaining quantity of electronic components housed in the carrier tape wound around the reel, and the possible winding quantity of electronic components to the reel. Also, in the device, the judging section, in a case in which the total of the remaining quantities of electronic components of two reels exceeds the possible winding quantity of the reel to be wound onto, judges that splicing of the carrier tapes is not allowed.
Component verification method and component verification system
A component verification method includes a component ID reading process of reading a component ID corresponding to a stored component of a subsequent tape, a tape insertion detecting process of detecting that the subsequent tape has been inserted into a tape feeder, a feeder specifying process of specifying a tape feeder in which the insertion of the subsequent tape has been detected, and a component verifying process of verifying whether or not a correspondence relationship between the read component ID and the specified tape feeder is correct.
