Control device
When a specification setting unit sets a specification of a lot number “k+1” after setting a specification of a lot number “k”, a mounting program selector performs a mounting program corresponding to the lot number “k”, and then selects a mounting program corresponding to the lot number “k+1” according to matching between a mounting number from the mounting program and a planned number of products of the lot number “k”. A printing program selector selects a printing program corresponding to the lot number “k”, and then selects a printing program corresponding to the lot number “k+1” according to matching between a sum of a printing number from the printing program and a defective product number and the planned number of products of the lot number “k”. Consequently, on-demand production of an electronic device can easily be manufactured on a manufacturing line.
ALLOWABLE VALUE SETTING DEVICE AND ALLOWABLE VALUE SETTING METHOD
An allowable value setting device sets an allowable value of a deviation amount between a target pickup position and an actual pickup position in a component when the component is picked up by a suction nozzle. The allowable value setting device includes a first setting section and a second setting section. The first setting section sets a first allowable value, which is the allowable value for each component type of the component to be mounted on a board. The second setting section sets a second allowable value, which is the allowable value that is set for each mounting coordinate of the component and smaller than the first allowable value of the component of the same component type set by the first setting section, the second allowable value being preferentially adopted over the first allowable value in a suction process of the component.
COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED METHOD FOR DETERMINING AN OPTIMUM ASSIGNMENT OF MODULE TYPES TO AN ASSEMBLY LINE SELECTED WITH REGARD TO ITS ASSEMBLY CAPACITY
A method for determining an optimum assignment of module types including: a) ascertaining an expected production time for each module type of the modules to be assembled and for each assembly line,; b) assigning a set of module types of the set of module types to a predefined number of fixed-setup setup families containing respectively associated fixed setups; c) optimizing the assignment from b) such that, for all module types that are assigned to the fixed-setup setup families, a sum of differences between the expected production time per module type, if it were to be assembled on one of the remaining assembly lines with the minimum production time out of the at least one remaining assembly line, and the expected production time on the selected assembly line is maximized; and d) outputting the optimized assignment in a form suitable for controlling and/or regulating the assembly of the modules.
Component supply unit arrangement determination method and component mounting system
In a component supply unit arrangement determination method for a mounter, in which multiple component supply units are exchangeably arranged and which mounts a component on a board based on a job, as the component supply unit to be exchanged for the component supply unit to be newly arranged due to switching of multiple jobs whose execution order is determined, the component supply unit is selected such that a time interval from a job, in which the component supply unit is to be used last, to the switching is long, among the component supply units that are arranged before the switching and are not planned to be used in a job after the switching. In addition, an arrangement position of the selected component supply unit is determined as an arrangement position of the component supply unit to be newly arranged.
Board work machine
There is provided a board work machine (a component mounting machine) including a data registration section for registering in advance multiple data (ultra-high precision data, high precision data, normal precision data) for each characteristic of a member constituting a base material for a circuit board in accordance with the type and characteristic of the member; a work performing section (a part camera) for performing work using the member or performing work on the member while selecting one item of data from the multiple data for reference; and an automatic data switching section for automatically switching among the multiple member data that the work performing section refers to in accordance with the performing situation of the work performed by the work performing section.
Data creation device and data creation method
A data creation device including a component data storage section to link in advance and store lead component shape data and multiple types of holding tools; a holding tool data storage section to store holding tool data including moving directions of the multiple holding tools and clamping directions for holding the lead component; a mounting data acquisition section to acquire mounting data including the types and mounting positions on the board of previously-attached components and lead components; an installation order determination section to extract, for each lead component according to a determined mounting order of lead components on the board based on shape data and mounting data of lead components, a holding tool to mount lead components without interfering with previously-attached components, and determine the installation order of holding tools; and an allocation data creation section to create allocation data according to the determined installation order.
ARTICLE MANAGEMENT APPARATUS AND ARTICLE MANAGEMENT METHOD
An article management apparatus allocates articles necessary for a board working machine out of the articles stored in a storage based on a production plan of the board working machine that performs a predetermined board work on the board to produce the board product. The article management apparatus includes a first setting section, a second setting section, and a selecting section. The first setting section allows a user of the board working machine to set a restriction condition for each production plan of the board product. The second setting section allows the user to set a priority among multiple priority elements when allocating the articles for the articles needed in a case of producing the board product under the restriction condition set by the first setting section. The selecting section allocates the articles based on the priority of the priority element set by the second setting section.
Control panel assembly methods and techniques
Systems, apparatus, methods, and techniques of assembly of discrete modules of a control panel are disclosed. The modules can be independently wired, tested, and installed into a control panel. Module definitions are defined specifying components to perform the electrical function, a mechanical arrangement of the components, electrical connections, and logical interactions of the module. A bill of materials can be generated based on a designation of a set of modules for a control panel and the module definitions. Modularly assembled control panels are disclosed. An assembly frame is described herein for temporarily mounting components of a module for independent assembly of a control module and for eventual removal and installation into a control panel frame. The assembly frame may include a faceplate frame and side frames and temporary mounting features.
DEVICE MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, SUBSTRATE WORK MACHINE, AND DEVICE MANAGEMENT METHOD
A device management apparatus includes a board working machine and a management section. The board working machine includes a first slot and a second slot, and performs a predetermined board work on a board to produce a board product. The first slot can hold a device used in the production of the board product. The second slot can preliminarily hold the device that is scheduled to be used in the production of the board product or can temporarily hold the device that has become unnecessary in the production of the board product. The management section updates a control program for controlling the device of a target device requiring update of the control program in the second slot.
