SUBSTRATE WORK SYSTEM
A substrate work system including an information management device to manage traceability information of configuration items that configure a circuit board product; an imaging device to image an identification code attached to the configuration item; and an imaging control device to read the identification code imaged by the imaging device, and transmit a serial number recorded in the identification code to the information management device. The imaging control device includes a compatibility conditions setting section to set compatibility conditions that the identification code attached to the configuration item should satisfy, or compatibility conditions that the serial number recorded in the identification code should satisfy, a compatibility conditions determining section configured to determine whether the imaged identification code or the serial number recorded on the imaged identification code satisfies the compatibility conditions, and a transmitting section transmit the serial number to the information management device.
System for tracing printed circuit boards through manufacturing stages
A system for tracking objects such as a printed circuit board (PCB) undergoing multiple manufacturing processes traceability system includes a coding unit, a scanning unit, and a reading unit and a database. The printed circuit board includes at least two inner copper foil substrates, subsequent substrates can be added. The coding unit marks identification and manufacturing stage codes on the inner copper foil substrate for through scanning by the scanning unit emitting X-rays. The reading unit can receive and parse the codes identified by the X-rays, and determine the previous or a next stage according to a predetermined encoding rule without risk of stage repetition or stage omission or product misplacement. The database stores standard identities and information as to manufacturing stages as a reference.
Feeder and component mounting machine
A feeder includes a sprocket that feeds a tape accommodating multiple components; a motor that rotates the sprocket; a storage section to store the rotational position of the sprocket detected by a sensor as an initial rotational position when the tape is set in the feeder and store a cumulative feeding amount of the tape fed by the rotation of the sprocket; and a control section to control the motor such that the sprocket rotates in a forward direction based on a feeding amount of the tape required for a supply when supplying the components to the component mounting machine, and control the motor such that the sprocket does not rotate in a reverse direction in excess of the initial rotational position based on the initial rotational position and the cumulative feeding amount when rewinding the tape.
Management device, movable work device, mounting system, and management method
A management device includes a management control section configured to create rearrangement disposition information for rearranging recovery feeders in a recovery storage region and rearranging provision feeders in a provision storage region among feeders temporarily stored in a storage section by using storage position information regarding storage positions of the provision feeders and the recovery feeders temporarily stored in the storage section and region information including the recovery storage region and the provision storage region set in the storage section, and output the created rearrangement disposition information.
Device and method for inspecting adsorption nozzle
A device for inspecting a suction nozzle includes an imaging device configured to acquire an image by imaging a flange portion of a suction nozzle having a body cylinder and the flange portion protruding from an outer surface of the body cylinder, and a control device configured to execute an inspection process for determining whether the flange portion is defective based on the image.
Member preparation method and member preparation apparatus
A member preparation method includes a request rank determining step of determining a request member rank of a member fitted to production of a mounting board based on board information and component information including a mounting position of a component mounted on the mounting board. Furthermore, the member preparation method includes a fitting member extracting step of extracting a fitting member fitted to the request member rank in a plurality of members based on a production plan of the mounting board and retained member information in which a member rank is associated with each of the plurality of the members. Furthermore, the member preparation method includes a use member selecting step of selecting a use member in the fitting member, and a member preparation instructing step of generating an instruction to prepare the use member.
WORK MACHINE
In mounter, work using multiple suction nozzles is executed by executing an exchange of suction nozzles between nozzle station and mounting head. In addition, placement positions of suction nozzles at nozzle station are set so that the distance between accommodation section at the nozzle station and part camera is shorter for the suction nozzle to be exchanged more times at the nozzle station. Then, for exchange of suction nozzles during mounting work, the suction nozzle attached to the mounting head is returned to a placement section corresponding to a set placement position. As a result, placement positions at the nozzle station are rearranged into the set placement positions, so that the distance that the mounting head moves for nozzle exchange can be made shorter, which makes it possible to reduce the time required for nozzle exchange.
Method and device for automatic storage of tape guides
A system and method for surface mount assembly of PCB's, using an automated pick-and-place machine into which component tapes on reels are fed, uses component tape reels each of which has been pre-threaded into its appropriate tape guide and been stored as a reel/tape guide packet in an automated SMD storage tower, from which appropriate packets are retrieved for coupling to the pick-and-place machine.
