In a board production line having multiple work devices arranged to transfer a board from upstream to downstream and perform a predetermined operation on the board, the board production line comprising: a shared folder having storage areas configured to store board-related information, the storage areas being multiply divided according to the number of the work devices, and transferring the board-related information among the storage areas, in conjunction with transferring the board, with a first work device capable of accessing the storage areas among the multiple work devices, and a management proxy section configured to access the shared folder in place of a second work device which cannot access the storage areas, and configured to manage the board-related information so that the board-related information can be transferred among the storage areas.
Control system of tape feeder for component supply from reel
A control system of a tape feeder that includes a reel on which is wound component supply tape, and a tape feeding device configured to draw out the component supply tape from the reel to a component pickup position, the control system including a sensor configured to detect information relating to a remaining amount of the tape on the reel; and a motor control section configured to change an operation parameter of a motor that is a drive source of the tape feeding device based on the tape remaining amount information detected by the sensor. Specifically, the motor control section changes the operation parameter of the motor so as to reduce the motor torque as the tape remaining amount on the reel decreases, based on the tape remaining amount information detected by the sensor.
Component mounter, component mounting line, and manufacturing method of mounting board
There is provided a component mounter including: a plurality of transport lanes for transporting a board sorted by a board sorting device; a congestion index calculator for calculating a congestion index indicating a congestion degree of each of the plurality of transport lanes; a transport lane determiner for determining a transport lane for carrying in the board among the plurality of transport lanes based on the calculated congestion index; and an outputter for outputting a board request signal for requesting to carry the board into the transport lane determined by the transport lane determiner, to the board sorting device.
Mounting accuracy measurement chip and mounting accuracy measurement kit
A mounting accuracy measurement chip includes a chip main body; and one or more protrusions provided on a mounting face of the chip main body, which serve as a contact surface with a mounting target at a position shifted from the mounting face of the chip main body. The one or more protrusions are disposed only within a range defined by a circle whose center is center of gravity of the mounting face and whose radius is half the length of the longest distance from center of gravity to the outer edge of chip main body. Further, a mounting accuracy measurement kit includes the above-mentioned mounting accuracy measurement chip and placement portion, having a degree of adhesiveness, to which the contact surface of mounting accuracy measurement chip, which can be placed, adheres.
Lead wire straightening device
A lead wire straightening device including a control device that disposes a lead wire of a lead component that is held by a holding section between a first claw section and a second claw section. The control device causes an opening/closing driving section of a straightening unit to clamp and straighten the lead wire by the first and second claw sections. After the lead wire is clamped, the control device causes a driving section to rotate at least one of the holding section and the straightening unit to thereby change positions of the first and second claw sections relative to the lead wire. Then, after changing the positions of the first and second claw sections relative to the lead wire, the control device causes the first and second claw sections to clamp the lead wire again to straighten the lead wire.
Substrate processing management system
The substrate processing management system for a substrate processing line including a defect tallying section to calculate a defect rate representing a rate of occurrence of substrates or electronic components determined to be defective with the substrate inspection machine, or obtain a number of defective products having substrates or electronic components determined to be defective; an attribute change recognition section to recognize when an attribute, among the attributes of the electronic component, having a possibility of affecting the inspection, has changed in the component mounting machine; a fault point estimation section to estimate, when the defect rate or the number of defective products exceeds a predetermined value, which of the component mounting machine or the substrate inspection machine is a fault point depending on whether an attribute has changed; and a countermeasure calling section configured to call for a defect countermeasure to the estimated fault point.
Service system and server
A service system and a server capable of increasing an operation rate of a production base are provided. The server acquires operation information of a component mounter in a mounting work from a host computer in the production base. The server generates analyzed result data obtained by analyzing the operation information based on the types of the manufacturers (component manufacturer and the package manufacturer) of electronic component and the package. The server transmits the generated analyzed result data to host computers in the other production bases.
COMPONENT MOUNTING LINE
A production management device, which manages a production schedule of a component mounting line, executes a remote operation mode for remotely operating a component mounter to perform a test operation according to an input operation of an operator, in addition to an automatic production mode in which an automated replacement operation of an automated replacement robot is managed according to the production schedule to produce a component mounting board. The production management device determines, when in the remote operation mode, whether a feeder configured to supply components necessary for the test operation is set in the component mounter, and when the feeder that supplies the necessary components is not set in the component mounter, moves the automated replacement robot to the component mounter and sets the feeder configured to supply the necessary components in the component mounter to cause the component mounter to perform the test operation.
WORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A work management system is applied to a work area in which a predetermined work is executed by a worker and a robot. The work management system includes a control section configured to control the robot such that a specified operation set in advance is included in an operation by the robot executing the predetermined work, an information acquisition section configured to acquire work information indicating a presence or absence of the specified operation in at least one of an execution result and an execution process of the predetermined work, and an identification section configured to identify whether a work subject of the predetermined work is the worker or the robot based on the work information acquired by the information acquisition section.
IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE
The image processing device displays, on a display, a virtual screen obtained by viewing, from above, an aggregate board in which multiple unit boards having a common component configuration are arranged. A control section of the image processing device uses one unit board at a predetermined position among the multiple unit boards as a reference unit board, generates a detailed image in which respective components are arranged on the unit board based on positional information of all components to be mounted on the unit boards, for the reference unit board, generates a simplified image obtained by simplifying the unit board, for a non-reference unit board other than the reference unit board among the multiple unit boards, and displays a simple virtual screen displaying the detailed image at a position of the reference unit board and the simplified image at a position of the non-reference unit board as the virtual screen.
