POWER SUPPLY CONTROL DEVICE AND POWER SUPPLY CONTROL METHOD FOR COMPONENT SUPPLY DEVICE
A power supply control device for controlling a consumption current supplied from a power supply device to a tape feeder loaded on a component supply device, the component supply device being exchangeably loaded with multiple of the tape feeders, the power supply control device including: a consumption current acquiring section configured to acquire the consumption current corresponding to a state of the multiple tape feeders; a total consumption current calculating section configured to calculate a total consumption current that is a total of each of the consumption currents of the multiple tape feeders; and an operation controlling section configured to control the specified operation of the multiple tape feeders within a range in which the total consumption current does not exceed an output current capacity of the power supply device.
Stepping motor control device, component mounting machine provided with stepping motor control device, and stepping motor control method
A stepping motor control device is provided with a stopping position determination section and a drive control section. The stopping position determination section determines whether a mover stopping position during the holding state is a stabilized phase or a semistable phase. When it is determined that the mover stopping position is a semistable phase during the holding state by the stopping position determination section, and the control state of the stepping motor transitions from the holding state to the standby state in which the holding of the mover is released due to a trigger signal from a device or the holding state persisting for a fixed time, the drive control section changes the mover stopping position to one of the stabilized phases adjacent to the mover stopping position during the holding state.
WORK UNIT POWER SUPPLY DEVICE
There is provided a power supply device for a work unit that supplies power to multiple work units constituting a work device as power supply targets, the device including: a first power supply line through which power supply is stopped when an emergency stop condition is satisfied and a second power supply line through which power supply is not stopped even when the emergency stop condition is satisfied, in which the first power supply line and the second power supply line can be used individually according to a difference in a safety structure of each work unit. According to this, when the emergency stop condition is satisfied, it is possible to reduce the restoration time required when the emergency stop is eliminated while guaranteeing the safety of the entire work device configured by the multiple work units.
POWER SUPPLY DEVICE
An electric power supply device for supplying electric power from a supply side device to a receiver side device including a mechanism section that operates intermittently with a drive voltage and a receiver side control section that controls an operation of the mechanism section with a control voltage that is lower than the drive voltage, the electric power supply device including: a regulator section, which is provided on the receiver side device, that converts a received voltage received via an electric power supply into the control voltage; a supply voltage adjusting section, which is provided on the supply side device, that adjustably supplies the received voltage; and a supply side control section, which is provided on the supply side device, that controls the received voltage by controlling the supply voltage adjusting section.
SUBSTRATE PRODUCTION MACHINE AND SUBSTRATE PRODUCTION LINE
A board production machine includes a first control device configured to execute first control related to production of a board, a second control device communicably connected to the first control device and configured to execute second control different from the first control, a first breaker configured to turn on/off power supply to the first control device, and a second breaker configured to turn on/off power supply to the second control device.
