When an article is delivered between a first electric conveyor of an automated guided vehicle and a second electric conveyor of a storage section, a first communication module of the automated guided vehicle and a second communication module of the storage section exchange signals, power supply to the first electric conveyor is shut off in response to a first emergency stop switch of the automated guided vehicle, a first signal from the first communication module changes, and power supply to the second electric conveyor is shut off in response to a change in the first signal, and the power supply to the second electric conveyor is shut off in response to a second emergency stop switch of the storage section, a second signal from the second communication module changes, and the power supply to the second electric conveyor is shut off in response to the second signal.
PRODUCTION LINE SAFETY SYSTEM
In a component-mounted-board production line in which an automatic exchanging device moves along a row of multiple component mounters, each component mounter is provided with a power supplying section that supplies power wirelessly. The automatic exchanging device is provided with a power receiving section that receives electric power supplied wirelessly from the power supplying section of the component mounter that the automatic exchanging device is facing, a monitoring section that monitors whether a person or object has entered a monitoring area around the automatic exchanging device, and a safety circuit section that turns off the power supply to a motor that is the driving source of the automatic exchanging device but continues supplying power to the monitoring section and the like when the monitoring section detects that a person or object has entered the monitoring area.
AUTOMATED MEMORY CARD PRESS FIXTURE
A fixture system for installing one or more memory modules onto a motherboard includes a fixture base with a load cell sensor, a stage with a presser for pressing the one or more memory modules into place, a processor or a programmable logic controller (PLC) to control control the stage, a Human Machine Interface (HMI) for monitoring and controlling the pressing force applied to the DIMMs during installation, and two hand buttons for activating the fixture.
Substrate working machine
A substrate working machine that performs mounting work on a circuit substrate is provided. The machine includes a receiving section that receives a first mounting work-correspondence device and a mounting stand on which a second mounting work-correspondence device is detachably mounted. The mounting work-correspondence device includes at least one of a device supplying an item necessary for the mounting work, a device discharging an item unnecessary in the mounting work, and a device performing processing required for the mounting work. The receiving section and the mounting stand are disposed at a predetermined edge portion of a base.
WORK DEVICE AND MOUNTING SYSTEM
A work device includes a detection section and a light receiver in a work device main body. The detection section includes a first detection range and a second detection range including at least a detection range outside the first detection range in a traveling direction of the work device main body. The light receiver can receive light from a light projector installed in a member provided on a movement path of the work device main body and has a third detection range between the light projector and the light receiver. When an interfering object in a second detection range is not detected, the work device sets a periphery of the work device main body to the first detection range. When the interfering object in the first detection range is detected, a movement of the work device main body is restricted. Meanwhile, when the interfering object in the second detection range is detected, the work device sets a range not including the third detection range in the periphery of the work device main body to the first detection range. When the interfering object in the first detection range is detected or the interfering object in the third detection range is detected by the light receiver, the movement of the work device main body is restricted.
PANEL DEVICE AND WORK MACHINE
A support mechanism that supports a panel includes a work-machine-side support axis fixed to a work machine, a panel-side support axis fixed to a panel, a connecting arm that is swingably held by the two support axes, a guide rail formed on the work machine side, a bolt that moves along the guide rail, and a regulating arm attached to the bolt and held so as to be oscillatable by the panel-side support axis. When the connecting arm is oscillated, the oscillation of the connecting arm and the angle of the panel is regulated by the regulating arm.

The control section is configured to, when a first image illustrating a content of a first process to be currently executed by the user is being displayed on the display section and when there exists a second process to be executed by the user after the first process, display a second image for guiding the second process on the display section along with the first image.

A remote operation notification system includes a determination section and a notification section. The determination section is configured to determine whether there is a remote operation performed by a worker of a board work machine configured to perform predetermined board work on a board. The notification section is configured to give a notification of the remote operation performed by a specific worker of the board work machine, who is the worker who performs the remote operation on the board work machine, to at least a general worker, who is the worker other than the specific worker, among the specific worker and the general worker when the determination section determines that there is the remote operation.

A management device of the present disclosure is used in a mounting system including multiple mounting-related devices each including a display section configured to visually notify an operator of information and an attachment portion to which a member is attached and related to a process of mounting a component on a processing target object, and a moving work device configured to move between the multiple mounting-related devices to automatically attach and detach the member to and from the attachment portion. The management device includes a management control section configured to, when a mounting-related device is in a restriction state in which work of the operator on the mounting-related device is not accepted due to movement of the moving work device, display a display mode indicating the restriction state on the display section of the corresponding mounting-related device to notify the operator of the restriction state.
