HEATING DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A HEATING DEVICE

A heating device comprises a tubular carrier with an outside and an inside, an insulating layer on the outside of the carrier, heating conductors, conductor tracks, and contact fields on the insulating layer, and a connection device for an electrical connection of the heating device, wherein the connection device has a plurality of metallic contact feet. The connection device is attached at the contact fields with the contact feet and is electrically connected thereto. Additional electrical insulation is arranged between the connection device and the outside of the carrier. This can be, for example, one of several individual insulating layers that together form the entire insulating layer.

Busbar module

A busbar module includes: a circuit body having a flexible circuit board; busbars; and a holder. The circuit body has: conductor layers and protective layers to form a multiple-layered structure of wiring patterns; a band-shaped main strip to be located to extend in a stacking direction of cells; and a band-shaped branch strip branched from the main strip. The branch strip has: a bent portion extending in the stacking direction and having a bent shape around an axis crossing the stacking direction; and a connection portion disposed closer to an end of the branch strip than the bent portion and connected to the corresponding busbar. The bent portion has a thin-layer portion having a shape formed by removing, from the flexible circuit board, a part of the protective layers corresponding to a part of the conductor layers without being used as the wiring pattern in the branch strip.

Lighting device comprising a roll

A lighting device (30) and a method of manufacturing such a lighting device are provided. The lighting device comprises a sheet assembly (7), which comprises a substrate (1) being at least partly light transmissive, a plurality of light sources (5) coupled to the substrate. At least a portion of the sheet assembly (7) is fixed in a rolled-up arrangement so as to form a roll (12), whereby the light sources (5) in the portion of the sheet assembly (7) are arranged to emit light at least partly inwards in the roll and/or at least partly towards at least one end (31) of the roll. The present invention is advantageous in that it provides enhanced lumen density output, which makes the lighting device useful for high brightness applications, such as head lights and fluid purification.
