In some embodiments, the intraluminal ultrasound imaging device includes a flexible elongate member configured to be positioned within a body lumen of a patient, and an ultrasound scanner assembly disposed at a distal portion of the flexible elongate member and configured to obtain imaging data of the body lumen. The ultrasound scanner assembly includes a flexible substrate, a first under-bump metallization (UBM) layer over the flexible substrate, a first solder feature over the first UBM layer, and a first electronic component electrically connected to the first solder feature.
Display device
Provided is a display device, including: an array substrate having a display area and a non-display area at least partially surrounding the display area, and the non-display area includes a step region, and a part of the display area is reused as a fingerprint recognition region; a flexible circuit board bonded to the step region and bent to a side of the array substrate facing away from a light-exiting direction of the display device, and the flexible circuit board includes a bent portion facing towards a side surface of the array substrate, and the bent portion includes a bent sub-portion, which is tilted towards the display area along the light-exiting direction of the display device; and at least one light source arranged on the bent sub-portion of the flexible circuit board, and light emitted from the at least one light source is transmitted towards the fingerprint recognition region.
BUSHING
A bushing for gas-insulated switchgear has an electrical conductor, which has a longitudinal axis and which is embedded in an insulating material, and a coated electrode that is arranged coaxially spaced apart from the conductor and that is formed from a plurality of segments.
FOLDABLE COMPRESSION ATTACHED MEMORY MODULE (FCAMM)
Foldable Compression Attached Memory Modules (fCAMMs) and associated apparatus, assemblies and systems. The fCAMM comprises a compression contact module having a plurality of contact means arranged in one or more arrays on its underside, first and second fold modules including multiple memory devices, and flexible interconnects coupling the compression contact module to the first and second fold modules. Under one assembled configuration, portions of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for the first and second fold modules are folded over portions of the compression contact module. Under another configuration, the first fold module is disposed above the second fold module, which is disposed above the compression contact module. In an assembly or system including a motherboard, a compression mount technology (CMT) connector or a land grid array (LGA) assembly is disposed between the motherboard and the compression contact module. Bolster plates are used to urge the compression contact module toward the motherboard.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device includes first and second circuit boards. The second circuit board includes a first portion facing a first main surface of the first circuit board, a second portion facing a second main surface opposite to the first main surface, and a bent portion connecting the first portion and the second portion to each other. The second circuit board includes an element, signal conductors, and a first opening. The first opening is between the signal conductors when viewed in a thickness direction of the element. The first opening extends from the first portion to the second portion through the bent portion. The first portion and the second portion each include a portion not including the first opening between the signal conductors.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A device includes comprising first and second printed circuit boards. Walls couple the first and second printed circuit boards to each other and define a first cavity between the first and second printed circuit boards. Electric conductors associated with the walls electrically connect the the first and second printed circuit boards. An integrated circuit chip is mounted to a first surface of the first integrated circuit board in the first cavity. The integrated circuit chip is electrically connected to conductive tracks of the first surface of the first printed circuit board. Surface-mounted components are mounted on top of and in contact with conductive tracks of a first surface of the second printed circuit board. The first surfaces of the first and second printed circuit boards are arranged facing towards each other. The first and second printed circuit boards may form rigid components of a flex-rigid type printed circuit board.
Rotary motors incorporating flexible printed circuit boards
Rotary motors incorporating flexible printed circuit boards are described. A motor may include a stator assembly and a rotor assembly co-radially arranged with the stator assembly and configured to rotate relative to the stator assembly. At least one of the stator assembly and the rotor assembly may include a flexible printed circuit board having a base layer and a plurality of conductive elements formed on the base layer.
Actuator, camera module and camera mounting device
An actuator is disclosed having a sensor substrate, a coil substrate and an FPC. The sensor substrate includes an image sensor on a front surface thereof. The coil substrate includes a coil for driving the image sensor and is provided with a first through hole. The FPC includes a main body portion and a coupling portion extending from a periphery of the main body portion and is coupled to an outside element. The main body portion is provided with a second through hole. The sensor substrate is fixed to the main body portion from a rear side, the coil substrate is fixed to the main body portion from a front side, and the image sensor is exposed to a front surface through the first through hole and the second through hole.
Optical unit
An optical unit includes a movable body including an optical module, a fixed body, a support mechanism, a flexible printed circuit board, and a fixing part. The fixing part is superposed on a bent part formed by bending the flexible printed circuit board. At least a part of the fixing part is fixed to the bent part of the flexible printed circuit board.
