A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of panel pads, a connection board including a plurality of connection lines, and a circuit board including a plurality of board pads. The plurality of connection lines are spaced apart from each other. Each of a connection line among the plurality of connection lines includes: a first end portion at which the connection line is connected to the display panel, the first end portion being in direct contact with a panel pad, and a second end portion opposite to the first end portion and at which the connection line is connected to the circuit board, the second end portion being in contact with a board pad.

The display device includes: a display panel having a first bonding region, the first bonding region being provided with a plurality of first connection terminals; a touch panel having a second bonding region, the second bonding region being provided with a plurality of second connection terminals; a flexible circuit board having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; first conductive structures disposed on the first surface of the flexible circuit board and configured to be connected with the plurality of first connection terminals; second conductive structures, disposed on the second surface of the flexible circuit board and configured to be connected with the plurality of second connection terminals.
A Method for Providing Electrical Connections and Apparatus Comprising Electrical Connections
This application relates to a method and apparatus formed using the method. The method includes using a first process to form at least one conductive trace on a flexible surface and using a second process to form at least one bead of fluid conductive material at a first location. The method also includes positioning at least one printed circuit board overlaying conductive trace such that the at least one bead of fluid conductive material is aligned with at least one hole in the printed circuit board and pushing the printed circuit board towards the flexible surface. The pushing of the printed circuit board toward the flexible surface forces the bead of fluid conductive material through the hole to form an electrical connection between the at least one conductive trace and an upper surface of the printed circuit board.
POWER SUPPLY MODULE, FLEXIBLE DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY APPARATUS
The disclosure relates to a power supply module. The power supply module may include a flexible substrate and a plurality of battery cells distributed in an array on one side of the flexible substrate. Adjacent battery cells of the plurality of battery cells on each line in a first direction may be connected in series by a flexible connector to form a plurality of lines of battery cells, and the plurality of lines of battery cells may be connected in parallel through a first electrode.
Method of making a rigid/flex circuit board
Manufacturing a rigid-flex circuit board includes providing an inner flexible circuit board and a first flexible metal clad laminate, laminating the first flexible metal clad laminate on a surface of the inner flexible circuit board through a first adhesive film, causing the first copper layer to form a third conductive circuit layer, partially covering the metal protective layer exposed by the third conductive circuit layer, removing the metal protective layer exposed by the third conductive circuit layer and the covered area, providing a second copper foil, laminating the second copper foil on a surface of the third conductive circuit layer through a second adhesive film, removing the metal protective layer at the opening area, and causing the second copper foil to form a fifth conductive circuit layer. The first flexible metal clad laminate includes a second base material layer, a metal protective layer, and a first copper layer.

A display device includes: a flexible substrate having a first region and a second region arranged in a length direction, the flexible substrate having the second region bent around an axis extending in a width direction perpendicular to the length direction; a display circuit layer in the first region on the flexible substrate, the display circuit layer configured to display an image; a lead-out line on the flexible substrate, the lead-out line extending from the display circuit layer to the second region; and a conductive shield inside and/or outside a bend of the second region on the flexible substrate, the conductive shield covering the lead-out line.

An electrical device including a plug connector. The plug connector includes a first flexible substrate having a plurality of signal contacts, the first flexible substrate extending from a terminating end to a mating end and configured to be flexible between the terminating end and mating end. A second flexible substrate extends in parallel spaced relation to the first flexible substrate to form a cavity between the first flexible substrate and second flexible substrate. The second flexible substrate having a plurality of signal contacts. The second flexible substrate extends from a terminating end to a mating end and configured to be flexible between the terminating end and mating end. The plug connector includes a rigid section disposed in the cavity at the mating end, the first flexible substrate moves in relation to the rigid section.

A display device including: a display module including a display panel for displaying an image and a circuit board connected to the display panel; a support plate disposed on a surface of the display module; and a conductive adhesive film disposed between the circuit board and the support plate, the conductive adhesive film including: a double-sided adhesive film fixed to a surface of the support plate and a surface of the circuit board; and a single-sided adhesive film fixed to one of the surface of the support plate and the surface of the circuit board.
SENSORY ARRAY FOR USE WITH ARTIFICIAL SKIN AND ARTIFICIAL SKIN WITH SENSORY ARRAY, USEFUL IN ROBOTICS
A flexible modular skin sensor array can cover any surface of a robot. The skin sensor array includes a flexible mesh and a set of modular sensor panels that attached to the mesh. The skin sensor array underlies or is molded inside a skin membrane (e.g., silicone), and can flex and stretch with the skin. Each modular sensor panel has a communications chip and one or more sensors. A master controller provides communications with the modular sensor panels through a shared bus. Modular sensor panels can fail without affecting the network. The flexible mesh and modular sensor panels may be made of flexible PCB, to accommodate movement of the skin. A set of convoluted bridges connect locations at which the modular sensor panels attach, allowing for flexing and stretching without tearing of the flexible mesh. The redundancy allows some of the connection leads to fail without affecting communications.
Display device
A display device includes a body, a housing separated from the body and configured to transmit/receive signals to/from the body, and a cable coupling the housing and the body. The cable has a signal line for transferring a video signal and a power line for transferring electric power.
