SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE
A semiconductor device including an insulated circuit board. The insulated circuit board includes an insulating board having an outer edge and a plurality of corners, and a plurality of circuit patterns formed on a front surface of the insulating board. The plurality of circuit patterns have a plurality of outer-edge corners facing the outer edge of the insulating board, among which outer-edge corners corresponding to the corners of the insulating board are smaller in curvature than outer-edge corners that do not correspond to the corners of the insulating board.
CONNECTOR
The present disclosure provides a connector, comprising a connector body, a plurality of signal terminals, a plurality of wiring terminals, and a circuit board. The connector body comprises an electrical connection slot, a circuit board slot, and a wiring slot. The plurality of signal terminals and the plurality of wiring terminals are disposed on the sidewall of the electrical connection slot. The plurality of signal terminals is corresponded to the plurality of wiring terminals, respectively. The circuit board comprises a circuit board body and a plurality of conductive pads. The circuit board is inserted into the circuit board slot. The plurality of conductive pads is in contact with the corresponding signal terminal.
FAN CONNECTOR
A fan connector comprises a connector body, a plurality of chip terminals, a plurality of wiring terminals, and a chip circuit board. The connector body comprises an electrical connection slot, a chip slot, and a wiring slot. The plurality of chip terminals and the plurality of wiring terminals are disposed on a sidewall of the electrical connection slot. The plurality of chip terminals corresponds to the plurality of wiring terminals, respectively. The chip circuit board comprises a chip, a circuit board, and a plurality of conductive pads. The chip circuit board is inserted into the chip slot. The plurality of conductive pads is in contact with the corresponding chip terminals. One end of the connector body is connected to a fan, in which a wire passes through the wiring slot and connects to the plurality of wiring terminals. An external plug is possible to insert into the electrical connection slot.
POWER SUPPLY APPARATUS
A power supply apparatus includes a board including a major surface on which a circuit element group is mounted, and a case attached to the board. The case includes a plate-shaped portion that is located at a distance from the board and faces the major surface, and a side wall portion extending from the plate-shaped portion toward one end portion of the board. One end of a specific circuit element among the circuit element group reaches the one end portion of the board, the one end of the specific circuit element being directed to the side wall portion. The side wall portion is provided with a notch portion with a shape corresponding to an outer shape of the one end of the specific circuit element.
CIRCUIT BOARD ELEMENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A manufacturing method of a circuit board element including the following steps is provided: placing a circuit substrate on a carrier, wherein the circuit substrate includes an insulating layer and a circuit layer disposed thereon, a protective layer disposed on the circuit layer and having a plurality of openings exposing thereof, and a plurality of solder balls disposed on the protective layer and embedded in the openings; forming a trench penetrating the circuit substrate to expose the carrier; forming a photoresist material layer to cover the circuit substrate and filling the spaces between each of the solder balls and the protective layer and is filling in the trench to cover the carrier; curing a portion of the photoresist material layer filled in the spaces to form a dielectric layer; removing a portion of the photoresist material layer filled in the trench to expose the carrier; and removing the carrier.
WIRING CIRCUIT BOARD, PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF, AND WIRING CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLY SHEET
A method for producing a wiring circuit board includes a first step of preparing a wiring circuit board assembly sheet including a support sheet, a plurality of wiring circuit boards supported by the support sheet, and a joint connecting the support sheet to the plurality of wiring circuit boards, having flat-shaped one surface and the other surface facing one surface at spaced intervals thereto in a thickness direction, and having a thin portion in which the other surface is recessed toward one surface and a second step of forming a burr portion protruding toward the other side in the thickness direction and cutting the thin portion.
Connector
The present disclosure provides a connector, comprising a connector body, a plurality of signal terminals, a plurality of wiring terminals, and a circuit board. The connector body comprises an electrical connection slot, a circuit board slot, and a wiring slot. The plurality of signal terminals and the plurality of wiring terminals are disposed on the sidewall of the electrical connection slot. The plurality of signal terminals is corresponded to the plurality of wiring terminals, respectively. The circuit board comprises a circuit board body and a plurality of conductive pads. The circuit board is inserted into the circuit board slot. The plurality of conductive pads is in contact with the corresponding signal terminal.
Semiconductor storage device
According to one embodiment, in a semiconductor storage device, a conductive cover is provided on a side of the principal surface, and covers at least a part of the memory and the controller. A substrate has a first notched portion and a second notched portion in an outer edge. The conductive cover has a top plate portion, a first side plate portion, a second side plate portion, a first claw portion, and a second claw portion. The first claw portion is extended from a lower end of the first side plate in a direction intersecting with the principal surface. The first claw portion is fitted into the first notched portion. The second claw portion is extended from a lower end of the second side plate in the direction intersecting with the principal surface. The second claw portion is fitted into the second notched portion.
BATTERY PACK
A battery pack includes: a battery cell including first and second surfaces arranged at opposite sides and at which first and second electrodes are respectively located, and a side surface connecting the first and second surfaces to each other; a first circuit board arranged on the first surface and connected to the first electrode; a second circuit board arranged on the second surface; a first flexible line extending from a first side of the first circuit board to the second circuit board while surrounding a portion of the side surface of the battery cell; and a second flexible line extending from a second side of the first circuit board to the second surface of the battery cell while surrounding another portion of the side surface of the battery cell and connected to the second electrode.

An electronic device is disclosed, which includes: a display panel comprising a first substrate; a support unit disposed opposite to the display panel; a first circuit board electrically connected to the display panel and having a fist region and a second region, wherein the first region is not overlapped with the support unit in a normal direction of the first substrate, and the second region is overlapped with the support unit in the normal direction of the first substrate; and an electronic component disposed on the first region of the first circuit board.
