A rotary electric machine including an electronic module which includes a printed circuit board and a plurality of electronic components, each of which is provided with respective connecting pins disposed on a component side of the printed circuit board; the electronic module includes at least one conductive track which includes a plurality of tabs, each configured to be connected to a respective connecting pin; the conductive track is positioned on the component side of the printed circuit board; the printed circuit board has at least one seat configured to house at least a first tab of the tabs in such a way that the top face of the first tab is coplanar with the component side of the printed circuit board.
ELECTRONIC MODULE AND POWER MODULE
Peeling in an electronic module is sensed. An electronic module according to the present invention includes a specified conductor, an insulating layer, a wiring layer, and a capacitance-to-voltage converter. The wiring layer includes a sense electrode. The capacitance-to-voltage converter is connected to the sense electrode. The sense electrode is opposed to a portion of the specified conductor via the insulating layer, and forms a capacitance with the portion. The capacitance-to-voltage converter is configured to output a voltage according to the capacitance.

An electronic device is provided and includes a housing including a first plate facing in a first direction, a second plate facing in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and a side surface member surrounding at least part of a space between the first and second plates; a printed circuit board including a first surface facing in the first direction and a second surface facing in the second direction, the printed circuit board being disposed in the housing; an antenna module disposed on the first surface of the printed circuit board and adjacent to the side surface member, forming a first gap therewith, the antenna module being configured to radiate an antenna beam in a third direction which is perpendicular to the first and second directions; a wireless communication circuit electrically connected with the antenna module, and configured to transmit or receive a signal having a frequency between 3 gigahertz (GHz) and 100 GHz; and a dielectric structure including a seating portion to have the antenna module mounted thereon, and configured to form the antenna beam to be radiated toward an outside of the housing in the third direction.

Provided are a maleimide resin composition containing (A) one or more selected from the group consisting of a maleimide compound having two or more N-substituted maleimide groups and a derivative thereof, (B) a modified conjugated diene polymer, and (C) a thermoplastic elastomer other than the above component (B), wherein the component (B) is one resulting from modification of (b1) a conjugated diene polymer having a vinyl group in the side chain with (b2) a maleimide compound having two or more N-substituted maleimide groups; and a prepreg, a resin film, a laminated board, a printed wiring board and a semiconductor package, each using the maleimide resin composition.
CIRCUIT BOARD MODULE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
An electronic device includes a housing, a circuit board disposed within the housing, a first component and a second component disposed on one surface of the circuit board, a shielding mold disposed on the one surface of the circuit board to cover top and side surfaces of the first component, and an open structure disposed on the one surface of the circuit board to surround a side surface of the second component. In the open structure, a top portion is opened and exposes a part of the second component or the circuit board, an inner surface is spaced apart from the second component, and an outer surface contacts the shielding mold.
VGA MONITOR EMULATING PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
A printed circuit board comprises a substrate as well as resistors and electrical connections disposed on the substrate. The substrate couples to a video graphics array connector that has pins, including video pins and return pins. A video pin transmits a video signal, and a return pin provides a ground for a corresponding video pin. The substrate has openings, where each opening can receive a pin. The resistors and the electrical connections couple to a subset of the pins to mimic an external video graphics array monitor. The resistors comprise: a red connection resistor that can couple a red video pin with a red return pin; a green connection resistor that can couple a green video pin with a green return pin; and a blue connection resistor that can couple a blue video pin with a blue return pin.
PRINTED WIRING BOARD
A printed wiring board includes a substrate, a contact member arranged in contact with the substrate, and a wear resistant member fixed at least in an area on the substrate that comes in contact with the contact member, the wear resistant member having a wear resistance higher than that of the substrate.
MODULE COMPONENT
A module component includes a substrate, components mounted to one principal surface of the substrate, a nonmagnetic member covering at least a portion of one or more electrodes different from a ground electrode in each of the mounted components, and a magnetic member covering the one principal surface of the substrate, the mounted components, and the nonmagnetic member.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device includes: an electronic component; and a mounting member on which the electronic component is mounted. A center of gravity of the electronic component is at a position separated from the mounting member. The electronic device further includes: a rigid member having a frame shape, which is fixed to the mounting member and surrounds the electronic component in a direction perpendicular to a direction from the center of gravity of the electronic component to the mounting member; and a connecting member which connects the electronic component to the rigid member on a side opposite to the mounting member with respect to the electronic component.

The present disclosure relates to a vertical connection type contact terminal of a wire to board connector, which enables a wire to be connected in a vertical direction, and the present disclosure has a terminal formed in a horseshoe shape () by bending both ends of a back plate of a sheet shape toward a front surface and having one side opened, includes: one pair of support plates which bend from both ends of the back plate and define a wire insertion space therebetween, and have mounting portions formed on lower ends thereof to be mounted on a substrate; and one pair of connection plates which bend from upper ends of the one pair of support plates toward the wire insertion space inside, and connect and lock a wire, and is mounted on the substrate in an upright position to allow the wire to be connected in a vertical direction.
