The panel includes a panel body, wherein the panel body is in particular a sandwich structure, and a membrane. The membrane is connected to the panel body and has integrated conductor tracks and electronic components. At the beginning of the method, an operation for attaching the conductor tracks and the electronic components to the membrane is provided. The subsequent step includes an operation for connecting the membrane, fitted with the conductor tracks and the electronic components, to the panel body.
Display panel and display device having anti-overflow portion around terminals in non-display area
The present application discloses a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area; the non-display area includes a bonding area away from the display area, and a plurality of terminals are disposed in the bonding area; and the non-display area further includes an anti-overflow portion disposed around the plurality of terminals. The present application prevents the problem of ACF overflow by disposing the anti-overflow portion around the plurality of terminals in the non-display area, such that the peeling of the glass substrate is facilitated, and the yield of the product is improved.
COMPOSITE WIRING SUBSTRATE AND SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE
A composite wiring substrate includes a first wiring substrate including a first connection terminal, a second wiring substrate including a second connection terminal facing the first connection terminal, and a joint material joining the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal. The first outline of the first connection terminal is inside the second outline of the second connection terminal in a plan view. The joint material includes a first portion formed of an intermetallic alloy of copper and tin, and contacting each of the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal, and a second portion formed of an alloy of tin and bismuth, and including a portion between the first outline and the second outline in the plan view. The second portion contains the bismuth at a higher concentration than in the eutectic composition of a tin-bismuth alloy, and is separated from the second connection terminal.
Soldering device and a method for producing a solder connection of components using adhesive material for temporary connection of the components
The invention relates to a method for producing a solder connection between a plurality of components (12A, 12B) in a process chamber (74) sealed off from its surroundings by heating and melting solder material (16) which is arranged between the components (12A, 12B) to be connected. It is proposed that the components (12A, 12B) to be connected are provisionally connected with a bonding material (18) to form a solder group (10) in which the components (12A, 12B) are fixed relative to one another in a joining position.
REEL-TO-REEL SURFACE PRESS APPARATUS
Disclosed in a reel-to-reel surface press apparatus. The reel-to-reel surface press apparatus includes an uncoiler and a recoiler, both transferring a component in a reel-to-reel method, a press disposed between the uncoiler and the recoiler, comprising a press plate pressing the component, and having a plurality of reference holes at an equal pitch along an edge of the press plate, a feeder disposed at the rear of the uncoiler and moving the component, and a controller configured to control the component to be transferred based on at least any one of the plurality of reference holes.
WELDING STRUCTURE AND DISPLAY MODULE
A welding structure and a display module. The welding structure includes: an output carrier, arranged with a first welding area on a side edge of the output carrier; an input carrier. A first end of the input carrier is arranged with a second welding area, the second welding area being electrically connected to the first welding area; an orthographic projection of the first end of the input carrier on the output carrier is disposed beyond the first welding area; and at least one set of a first support member and a second support member. The first support member is disposed on the input carrier and at a position of the first end beyond the first welding area; the second support member is disposed on the output carrier and opposite to the first support member.
Metal base circuit board and method of manufacturing the metal base circuit board
According to one embodiment, a metal base circuit board includes a metal base substrate, a first circuit pattern, and a first insulating layer between the metal base substrate and the first circuit pattern. The first insulating layer covers a lower surface of the first circuit pattern and at least part of a side surface of the first circuit pattern, the lower surface facing the metal base substrate, the at least part of the side surface being adjacent to the lower surface.
Light-emitting module
A light-emitting module includes (i) a board provided with: a circuit pattern and a plurality of bottomed holes in each of a set of wiring pads continuous with the circuit pattern on a first surface; electrically conductive paste extending over two or more of the bottomed holes; and an insulating resin covering the electrically conductive paste at a side close to the first surface, and (ii) a plurality of light-emitting segments connected to a second surface of the board with an adhesive sheet interposed therebetween. The light-emitting segments each include a plurality of light-emitting devices that are aligned. The electrically conductive paste includes a portion disposed on a portion of a surface of the wiring pad extending over two or more of the bottomed holes.
