A clamper includes: a first clamping member having a first base portion and a first contact portion that is to be in contact with one surface of the workpiece; a second clamping member having a second contact portion that is to be in contact with the other surface of the workpiece; and a clamping member biasing member configured to bias at least one of the first clamping member and the second clamping member in a direction of bringing the first contact portion and the second contact portion closer to each other. The first contact portion has a plurality of plate spring portions extending from the first base portion, the plurality of plate spring portions configured to elastically deform independently from each other to come into contact with the workpiece.

THREE-DIMENSIONAL CIRCUIT BOARD PROCESSING APPARATUS
The present invention discloses a three-dimensional circuit board processing apparatus, including an input module, a vertical processing module, and an output module, which are arranged in sequence. The vertical processing module includes a conveying unit and a processing assembly. A vertical conveying port is arranged on each of two sides of the vertical processing module. The input module is connected to one end of the conveying unit, and the output module is connected to another end of the conveying unit. The input module and/or the output module are/is a flippable module. According to embodiments of the present invention, by arranging the flippable input module and/or output module, the circuit board may enter and exit the vertical processing module vertically, and may be uniformly processed through the vertical processing module, thereby enhancing the processing quality of the circuit board and improving the automation performance of three-dimensional processing.

There is provided a plating apparatus for plating a rectangular substrate using a substrate holder holding the rectangular substrate. The plating apparatus comprises a plating bath configured to store the substrate holder holding the rectangular substrate, and an anode disposed inside the plating bath so as to face the substrate holder. The substrate holder includes an electrical contact configured to feed two opposite sides of the rectangular substrate. The rectangular substrate and the anode are placed inside the plating bath so as to satisfy the relationship of 0.59L143.5 mmD10.58L119.8 mm, where L1 is the shortest distance between a substrate center of the rectangular substrate and the electrical contact, and D1 is the distance between the rectangular substrate and the anode.
