A stair and slide assembly includes a stair portion including a plurality of stairs, a slide portion including a slide with an entrance and an exit, and an assist bar positioned proximate the exit of the slide to assist a user with pivoting from the exit of the slide to the stair portion. The slide has a first portion extending substantially linearly from the entrance of the slide at an angle and a second portion extending from the first portion to the exit of the slide. The second portion transitions the slide from the angle of the first portion to substantially horizontal. The exit of the slide is configured to be positioned at a target height above a ground surface. The target height is between about 18 inches and about 30 inches.

A boxing practice device is provided, including: a support body, including a first support rod, a second support rod which is lateral to the first support rod and a base, the first support rod swingably positioned on the base, the second support rod movably positioned on the first support rod, the second support rod extending along a first rotation axis; a boxing mechanism, including a first boxing member and at least one second boxing member, the first boxing member being rotatably attached to the second support rod and rotatable about the first rotation axis, the at least one second boxing member being detachably assembled to the second support rod.

A strike training attachment for a heavy bag may include a ball member sized according to the diameter of a typical adult human fist. The ball member may be resilient. The strike training attachment includes a loop member disposed on an outer surface of the ball member. The loop member may be attachably co-operable with a hang-mounting member of a heavy bag.

An entertainment system has an interactive component for an amusement park. The interactive component includes a detection device disposed within a housing and configured to read an identification tag via long range and short range radio communications, an interactive sensor disposed within the housing and configured to detect physical interaction with a portion of the interactive component, a control device communicatively coupled to the detection device and the interactive sensor, where the control device is configured to receive feedback from the detection device and the interactive sensor, an effect device configured to receive a signal from the control device and to generate an effect based on detection of the physical interaction, and a transmitter configured to transmit data to the identification tag based on detection of the physical interaction with the portion of the interactive component while detecting the identification tag within a threshold distance of the interactive component.

An exercise device and an inflatable alternative are provided. The exercise device is composed of a planar base attached to block(s). The block(s) may serve as cushioning or weighted items to enable a variety of exercises. The planar base is securable against a structure such as a door frame. The planar base is also convertible to a bench with shaft(s) that connect block(s) to form legs for the bench. The inflatable alternative includes a top end that is securable to the structure. A bottom end of the inflatable alternative is securable to a user through an ankle cuff. The ankle cuff provides the user a measure of control over a mobility of the inflatable alternative during an exercise.

A striking apparatus for all fighting art forms such as boxing to improve a user's fighting skills. The striking apparatus includes a timing ball having a link disposed thereon; an elongated adjustable rope; a swivel mounted to a swivel plate, the swivel plate being mounted to a backboard; the backboard being optionally attached to a frame; the link disposed on the timing ball being attached to the elongated adjustable rope, the rope being attached to the swivel; and the timing ball configured to be struck by the knuckles of a user's fist. Another embodiment of the invention includes a punching apparatus station for all fighting art forms which generally includes the same configuration as the striking apparatus referenced-above. Importantly, the striking apparatus advantageously is a cross between a speed bag, a double end bag, and a maze ball but is beneficially more effective than all three.

A boxing practice device is provided, including: a support body, including a first support rod, a second support rod which is lateral to the first support rod and a base, the first support rod swingably positioned on the base, the second support rod movably positioned on the first support rod, the second support rod extending along a first rotation axis; a boxing mechanism, including a first boxing member and at least one second boxing member, the first boxing member being rotatably attached to the second support rod and rotatable about the first rotation axis, the at least one second boxing member being detachably assembled to the second support rod.

An entertainment system has an interactive component for an amusement park. A fluid-filled punching bag assembly includes an inflatable bag and a sensor assembly cooperable with the inflatable bag. The sensor assembly includes an impact sensor that is configured to detect impact with the inflatable bag. A processor communicating with the sensor assembly is programmed to process sensor data from the impact sensor.

A training device comprising a flexible rod capable of being mounted at an upper end to an upper structure, such as a ceiling, and at a lower end to a lower structure, such as a floor, and a punching bag mounted to the flexible rod. The flexible rod may be capable of deformation followed by a quick return to an original position when the punching bag is struck.
