Multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus for use with a slip and counter fight simulation / workout machine or stand alone device for fight simulation
A free standing fight simulation workout machine has a fight simulation headed/multi-headed, with or without arms, member that is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation headed member for a free standing fight simulation workout apparatus has at least one main support structure having a mounting means. The headed member comprises at least one head terminating at an elongated neck. When present, the arms are arranged to extend from or come out of different areas of said head, face and/or neck. Preferably, multiple heads are provided. The headed member includes a top mating mounting portion and the neck bottom includes a bottom mating mounting adapted to mount on bungee cords mounted through mounting means on the workout apparatus. The head or heads and protruding arms provide various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.
Reflex training device
A reflexive training device having a rotating member that rotates around an axis while also traveling perpendicular to the plain of rotation to present the rotating member at variable vertical locations during use.
Combat training device
A combat training device may include an elongated support having a shoulder rest at a rearward end and a punching target at a forward end. The punching target may be attached to a neck support adapted for removable engagement with the forward end of the elongated support. The device may further include a punching assembly having a reciprocating support with a handle at its rearward end and a punching member at its forward end. The reciprocating support may be disposed for longitudinal movement in generally parallel relationship to the elongated support. The reciprocating support may be rotatably disposed within a longitudinal bore that is disposed in generally parallel relationship to the elongated support and reciprocating support. The shoulder rest may be releasably engageable with the rearward end of the elongated support and moveable between adjustable locked positions, such as through the use of a detent mechanism. A punching target holder may be provided for attachment to a punching bag for use in removably attaching a neck support and attached punching target to the punching bag.
Multi-head, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus for use with a slip and counter fight simulation / workout machine or stand alone device for fight simulation
A free standing fight simulation workout machine with a fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus includes a multi-headed member having at least one head attached to at least one abdomen and at least one arm having a glove appending member. Preferably, multiple heads are attached to multiple abdomens with multiple arm pairs to provide different punch configurations for the user to strike at. The multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed provides various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.
Martial arts training device
A martial arts training device including a support frame, a first central pad, and a second central pad. The first central pad is supported from the support frame and includes a convex surface for receiving punches and the second central pad is supported from the support frame below the first central pad and also includes a convex surface for receiving punches. The convex surface of the first central pad is tilted downwardly relative to the convex surface of the second central pad.
UNDERWATER STRIKING BAG DEVICE AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
An underwater striking bag device includes a bag having an annular upper compartment disposed in an upper section of the bag and receiving air therein, a neck extending through the upper section and communicating with a lower compartment receiving water therein, a weight in the bottom section, a removable cap connected to the neck, an air valve connected to the annular upper compartment to provide for filling air into the annular upper compartment, at least one handle connected to the bag for assisting in filling and removal of water into the lower compartment as well as exercising by grabbing the handles and pushing, pulling, and lifting the bag during a workout.

Striking training device
A striking training device is provided, including: a support body, having a seat end and an assembling end which are located along a first direction, the assembling end including an assembling mechanism; a hit mechanism, including a first hit member and at least one second hit member, the first hit member including a first mounting structure, each said second hit member including a second mounting structure, the first mounting structure being detachably assembled with the assembling mechanism positionably, each said second hit member being pivoted to the assembling structure via the second mounting structure so that the second hit member being rotatable laterally relative to the first direction. Both or one of the first hit member and the at least one second hit member are/is optionally assembled with the assembling structure.
Exercise assembly
An improved exercise assembly structured to be struck by a user includes a base supporting a shaft on a supporting surface. A support shaft extends outwardly from the supporting surface. At least one rotating targets is connected to the support shaft and extends outwardly. A resistance assembly is adjustably mounted on the shaft into and out of a position relative to a path of travel of at least one rotating target. The position includes the resistance assembly in engagement with at least one rotating target. The rotating target includes an elongated arm including a predetermined weighted construction and a safety portion thereon.
Device for performing motor activities
