The display panel includes a substrate, a driving circuit structure layer, a light-emitting layer including a plurality of light-emitting regions and non-light-emitting regions, an encapsulation layer arranged on a surface of the light-emitting layers away from the substrate, an insulating dielectric layer with a plurality of hollow patterns penetrating the insulating dielectric layer, including a touch region, a peripheral signal trace region, and a frame region, touch electrode pattern, arranged on a surface of the insulating dielectric layer, located in the touch region and including a plurality of first touch electrodes and a plurality of second touch electrodes, and a plurality of touch signal lines distributed at intervals, electrically connected to the touch electrode patterns.

A display module includes a display panel and an input sensing unit. The display panel includes a base surface. The input sensing unit is directly disposed on the base surface. The input sensing unit includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an insulation layer. The first electrode extends in a first direction. The first electrode includes a first opening area. The second electrode extends in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The second electrode is longer than the first electrode. The second electrode includes a second opening area of a size greater than a size of the first opening area. The insulation layer is configured to insulate the first electrode from the second electrode.

An illumination apparatus including a transparent substrate, an opposite substrate and an electroluminescence structure disposed between the transparent substrate and the opposite substrate is provided. The transparent substrate has a first region and a second region adjacent to the first region. The electroluminescence structure is disposed on the transparent substrate. The electroluminescence structure includes a first electrode disposed in the first region, an optical adjusting layer disposed in the second region, an organic electroluminescence layer disposed above the first electrode and the optical adjusting layer and a common electrode disposed above the organic electroluminescence layer. The optical adjusting layer is disposed between the organic electroluminescence layer and the transparent substrate.

A display device includes a substrate which includes a display area and a non-display area adjacent to the display area, a first planarization layer which is at least partially disposed in the display area, a second planarization layer which is disposed in the non-display area and is spaced apart from the first planarization layer, a contact unit disposed between the first planarization layer and the second planarization layer in the non-display area, and a cathode which extends from the display area to the non-display area to be electrically connected to the contact unit. Accordingly, the first planarization layer and the second planarization layer are spaced apart from each other so that a path through which moisture permeates into the display area through the second planarization layer may be blocked.

An inkjet composition for an inkjet printer, a light-emitting device including the same, and a method of manufacturing the light-emitting device are provided. The ink composition may include light-emitting diodes and a solvent. The solvent may have a first viscosity at a first temperature section that may be greater than a second viscosity at a second temperature section. The solvent may include an ester compound of citric acid, glycol, alkanediol, alkanolamine, alkenic acid, alkenol, a pyrrolidone group-containing compound, glycerol, a compound represented by Formula 1, a compound represented by Formula 2, or any combination thereof: ##STR00001##
Substituents in Formula 1 and Formula 2 may be understood as described in connection with the detailed description. Each of the light-emitting diodes may have a size in a range of about 0.1 μm to about 10 μm.
Display panel and method of fabricating the same
A display panel and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The display panel may include first and second regions connected to each other. When viewed in a plan view, the first and second regions may have a curved edge and a rectilinear edge, respectively. When viewed in a sectional view, a side surface of the first region may include a center region having a rectilinear shape and a side surface of the second region may include a center region having a curved shape. In some embodiments, the side surface of the first region has a first roughness, and a side surface of the second region has a second roughness that is smoother than the first roughness.

A light emitting diode of an embodiment includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and at least one functional layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the at least one functional layer includes a polycyclic compound represented by Formula A or Formula B, thereby showing high emission efficiency properties and improved life characteristics.
