A display apparatus including a light-emitting device is disclosed. The light-emitting device is on a display area of a device substrate. An overcoat layer is disposed between the device substrate and the light-emitting device. The overcoat layer extends on a bezel area of the device substrate. A heating signal wiring is between the bezel area of the device substrate and the overcoat layer. A heating pattern electrically connected to the heating signal wiring is on the over-coat layer of the bezel area. A surface of the heating pattern opposite to the device substrate may be in contact with an adhesive layer covering the light-emitting device. Thus, in the display apparatus, the damage of the light-emitting device due to external moisture may be prevented or at least reduced.

The electronic device may include a camera overlapping the display and configured to photograph external light passing through the display, wherein the display may include: a colorless and transparent substrate, a pixel layer disposed in a first direction from the substrate and comprising organic light-emitting diode (OLED) type pixels, an organic encapsulation layer (e.g., thin film encapsulation (TFE)) disposed in the first direction from the pixel layer, and a color filter layer disposed in the first direction from the organic encapsulation layer, wherein the display may include: a first area overlapping at least a portion of the camera and a second area not overlapping the camera, wherein an arrangement density of a first group of pixels in the first area may be lower than an arrangement density of a second group of pixels in the second area, and wherein the color filter layer may include first color filters overlapping the pixels of the first group, second color filters overlapping the pixels of the second group, a black matrix disposed between the second color filters in the second area, and a transmission area disposed between the first color filters in the first area.

A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a display panel, a vapor chamber positioned behind the display panel, a board, which is positioned behind the vapor chamber and is coupled to the vapor chamber, and an adhesive member disposed between the display panel and the vapor chamber so as to be coupled thereto, wherein the vapor chamber includes a first plate, which defines a front surface thereof and faces the display panel, a second plate, which defines a rear surface thereof and is coupled to the first plate, and fluid flowing in a space defined between the first plate and the second plate, and wherein the first plate includes a coupler, which is depressed rearwards from the first plate and to which the adhesive member is coupled.

DISPLAY DEVICE

A display device includes a display panel and a heat radiation sheet disposed under the display panel, where a first region and a second region disposed outside the first region when viewed in a thickness direction thereof are defined in the heat radiation sheet. The heat radiation sheet includes a heat radiation layer disposed in the first region, a lower protective layer disposed under the heat radiation layer, where a plurality of openings is defined in the lower protective layer, and an upper protective layer disposed above the heat radiation layer and coupled to the lower protective layer in the second region.

The heat dissipation layer is on a non-display side of the display panel and includes a driving circuit arranging region and a peripheral region. The heat dissipation layer located in at least a part of the driving circuit arranging region is insulated from the heat dissipation layer located in the peripheral region. The chip on film is on a side of the heat dissipation layer away from the display panel and is in the driving circuit arranging region.
