A display apparatus includes a substrate; a plurality of display units on the substrate, each including a thin film transistor including at least one inorganic layer, a passivation layer on the thin film transistor, and a display device electrically connected to the thin film transistor; and a plurality of encapsulation layers respectively encapsulating the plurality of display units. The substrate includes a plurality of islands spaced apart, a plurality of connection units connecting the plurality of islands, and a plurality of through holes penetrating through the substrate between the plurality of connection units. The plurality of display units are on the plurality of islands, respectively. The at least one inorganic layer and the passivation layer extend on the plurality of connection units. The passivation layer includes a trench exposing the at least one inorganic layer. The encapsulation layer contacts the at least one inorganic layer exposed via the trench.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING DISPLAY PANEL AND FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATE
A tiled electronic device includes a plurality of display panels, and at least one of the display panels includes a flexible substrate, a pixel, and two signal wires. The flexible substrate has a display portion and a bent portion connected to the display portion. The pixel is disposed on the display portion. The signal wires are disposed on the flexible substrate, and electrically connected to the pixel. Each of the signal wires has a first segment disposed on the display portion, and a second segment disposed on the bent portion. The two first sections have a first pitch, and the two second sections have a second pitch. The first pitch is different than the second pitch.
DISPLAY DEVICE
The display device may include a display panel and a frame diposed on a rear surface of the display panel. The display device also includes a plurality of binders fixed to the rear surface of the display panel and disposed between the display panel and the frame, and a plurality of coupling members penetrating through the frame and coupled to the plurality of binders. Therefore, the flatness of the display panel attached to the plurality of binders may be improved by adjusting the locations of the frame and the plurality of binders. Also, the display panel and the frame may be easily attached and detached using the plurality of binders and the plurality of coupling members.

The display device may include a display panel and a frame diposed on a rear surface of the display panel. The display device also includes a plurality of binders fixed to the rear surface of the display panel and disposed between the display panel and the frame, and a plurality of coupling members penetrating through the frame and coupled to the plurality of binders. Therefore, the flatness of the display panel attached to the plurality of binders may be improved by adjusting the locations of the frame and the plurality of binders. Also, the display panel and the frame may be easily attached and detached using the plurality of binders and the plurality of coupling members.

The present disclosure relates to a display device and a method of manufacturing the same. The display device includes: a plurality of display units, each display unit including one or more pixels; and a plurality of elastically stretchable stretching units respectively connected among the plurality of display units and forming elastic connection points with the display units, the stretching units and the plurality of display units forming a net-shaped distribution structure, wherein in a state that the display device is not under tension, a connection lines between the elastic connection points at both ends of the stretching unit are not parallel to a normal of the display units connected with at least one end of the stretching unit at the elastic connection points.

STAGGERED AND TILE STACKED MICRODEVICE INTEGRATION AND DRIVING
What is disclosed is structures and methods to integrate microdevices into system or receiver substrates. The integration of microdevices is facilitated by adding staging pads to microdevices before or after transferring. Creating stages after the transfer of a first microdevice to a substrate for the subsequent microdevice transfer to the first (or the second) microdevice transfer. The stage improves the surface profile of the substrate so that next microdevice can be transferred without the first microdevice on the substrate get damaged by or interfere with the surface of the donor or transfer head. Some embodiments further relate to tiled display device and more particularly, to stacking tiles to a backplane to form the tiled display device.

Therefore, the plurality of magnets and the plurality of ferromagnetic materials are used to easily attach and detach the display device and install, maintain, and repair the display device.
