Display device and manufacturing method for the same
A display device includes a light-emitting element layer and a light control layer. The light control layer may include a plurality of separated partition wall parts including a partition wall part, a color control part between the partition wall parts, the color control part including quantum dots and a first scattering particle, and a coating layer covering a side of the partition wall part adjacent to the color control part. The coating layer includes at least one selected from a substitution dispersant and a substitution scattering particle, and each of the substitution dispersant and the substitution scattering particle may include at least one substituent selected from an amine group and a carboxyl group. The amine groups and the carboxyl groups included in the coating layer may be different in number from each other.

A display device includes a light-emitting element layer and a light control layer. The light control layer may include a plurality of separated partition wall parts including a partition wall part, a color control part between the partition wall parts, the color control part including quantum dots and a first scattering particle, and a coating layer covering a side of the partition wall part adjacent to the color control part. The coating layer includes at least one selected from a substitution dispersant and a substitution scattering particle, and each of the substitution dispersant and the substitution scattering particle may include at least one substituent selected from an amine group and a carboxyl group. The amine groups and the carboxyl groups included in the coating layer may be different in number from each other.

A thin film transistor (TFT) substrate and a display device using the same are disclosed. The TFT substrate includes a first TFT including a polycrystalline semiconductor layer, a first gate electrode, a first source electrode, and a first drain electrode deposited on a substrate, a second TFT separated from the first TFT, the second TFT including a second gate electrode, an oxide semiconductor layer, a second source electrode, and a second drain electrode deposited on the first gate electrode, and a plurality of storage capacitors separated from the first and second TFTs, each storage capacitor including a first dummy semiconductor layer, a first gate insulating layer on the first dummy semiconductor layer, a first dummy gate electrode on the first gate insulating layer, and an intermediate insulating layer on the first dummy gate electrode.

A display device includes an organic emission layer in which a first pixel area, a second pixel area and a third pixel area are defined, a color filter layer disposed on the organic emission layer and including first to third color filters overlapping the first to third pixel areas, respectively, where the first to third color filters emit first light to third light, respectively, a first optical filter layer disposed on the color filter layer and which transmits at least one of the first light and the second light and reflects or absorbs the third light, and a light-focusing layer disposed between the color filter layer and the organic emission layer and including first to third light-focusing parts overlapping the first to third pixel areas, respectively, where at least one of the first to third color filters includes quantum dots.

The present application discloses an organic light-emitting display panel and a driving method thereof, as well as an organic light-emitting display device. The display panel includes: an array arrangement including pixel units, wherein each pixel unit comprises a first, a second, a third and a fourth subpixels; a pixel circuit is formed in each subpixel; the first, second, third and fourth subpixels of an identical pixel unit are arranged along a column direction and are electrically connected with a given reference signal line; a color of the first subpixel, a color of the second subpixel, a color of the third subpixel and a color of the fourth subpixel differ from one another, and the color of the first subpixel, the color the second subpixel and the color the third subpixel are red, blue and green, respectively; and the color of the fourth subpixel is not white.

Methods of making luminescent perovskite-polymer composites are provided and structures using the same. Perovskite-polymer composites made by the method described herein are provided. The OLED display substrate includes: a base substrate; an active layer arranged on the base substrate; a gate insulation layer arranged at a side of the active layer away from the base substrate; and a gate electrode layer arranged at a side of the gate insulation layer away from the base substrate. An orthogonal projection of the gate electrode layer onto the base substrate at least partially overlaps an orthogonal projection of the active layer onto the base substrate, and the gate electrode layer and the active layer form a first storage capacitor of the OLED display substrate.

The present disclosure relates to the field of display technology, and provides an OLED display substrate, a manufacturing method and a display device. The OLED display substrate includes: a base substrate; an active layer arranged on the base substrate; a gate insulation layer arranged at a side of the active layer away from the base substrate; and a gate electrode layer arranged at a side of the gate insulation layer away from the base substrate. An orthogonal projection of the gate electrode layer onto the base substrate at least partially overlaps an orthogonal projection of the active layer onto the base substrate, and the gate electrode layer and the active layer form a first storage capacitor of the OLED display substrate.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed facing each other; a gate line and a first data line disposed on the first substrate; a thin film transistor connected to the gate line and the first data line; a pixel electrode connected to the thin film transistor; and a color filter disposed on at least one of the first substrate and the second substrate, the color filter overlapping the pixel electrode. The color filter has a width greater than a distance between the the first data line and a second data line disposed adjacent to the first data line.
