Embodiments of the apparatus include a base, foot receptacles, a torso stabilizer, a swing channel, and a shaft. In disclosed embodiments, the user attaches himself or herself to the torso stabilizer and grasps the shaft. The shaft may be confined to travel along the swing channel and thereby trains the user to swing with the proper motion.
Golf training aid
A golf swing training aid comprising a base member, a primary support member emanating upward from the base member, a primary guide rail secured to the primary support member, a backswing guide rail secured to the primary guide rail in the form of an elongate, curved rail which guides a golf club shaft during a golfer's backswing, a swing transition aid secured to a downswing guide rail which operates to guide the club from the top of a golfer's backswing to the beginning of a downswing, the downswing guide rail secured to the primary guide rail in the form of an elongate, curved rail which guides a golf club to a golfer's ball-striking position and a follow-through guide means secured to the primary guide rail in the form of an elongate, curved rail which facilitates the guiding of a golf club shaft to the completion of the golf swing.
MULTI-PURPOSE GOLF PRACTICE MACHINE
A multi-purpose golf practice machine is disclosed. The disclosed multi-purpose golf practice machine is for putting practice and comprises a base frame configured to be supported on the ground and a putting rail portion that has a curved shape and is installed to be connected to the base frame so as to guide a golf club along a putting trajectory, wherein the golf practice machine further comprises a connection joint portion that connects the base frame to the putting rail portion and allows changing a posture in various putting trajectory forms by rotating the putting rail portion back and forth with respect to the base frame.
PUTTING TRAINER AND EYE ALIGNMENT SYSTEM, APPARATUS, AND METHOD
An apparatus and method for training a golfer to decelerate a putter club head through the point of impact with the golf ball. The apparatus controls the position from which the putter club begins its forward motion and controls the final follow-through position. The apparatus comprises elements in form of crossmembers that prevent movement of the putter club head beyond the rearward position in a rearward direction, and prevent movement of the putter club head beyond the final follow-through position in a forward direction. By controlling the distance the putter club head travels from the rearward position to impact the golf ball, and controlling the distance the putter club head travels to the final follow-through position after impacting the golf ball such that the first distance is greater than the second distance, the putter club head is caused to be decelerating when it strikes the golf ball.
